The only time I don't like it is but one of the employees brings their child because they don't really child to stay away from other people when I go out with my kid I don't want to be interacting with other people's kids it's annoying I already have a kid I don't want to deal with someone else's or with mine because I had to watch him all the time and then if he's playing with someone else's kid at a laundromat it's even more annoying I got to watch him and the other kid and do the laundry like come on
I always like to try a place twice before making a decision on it. The prices are good and the staff are cool and nice till you have a problem. The 1st time I came I had no problems the washers worked fine as well as the dryers. This time I used different washers and I wish I hadn't. I saw that one washer was leaking water so I let the worker as well as owner know. The owner came over started that it was fine and that water was still going to wash my clothes. I checked my clothes and found that it didn't and my clothes still smelled dirty. I used lots of detergent and order boosters so my clothes still should not smell dirty. I went back to the worker inwhich she started oh I don't know maybe you have to much clothes. I showed her how much space I had still so that wasn't the case and she said well the owner is gone. I asked her if she could call her then because this is why I asked her about it the 1st time but she wouldn't call her. I asked her was she going to provide a solution because my clothes was not clean and all she said was I don't have any money for you but you can wash them again on your own. I washed 2 loads of clothes and my other load from another washer was just fine and I told her that and reminded her that I let it be known about the washer when I 1st notice. She kept saying she couldn't do anything and that the owner was gone now so basically Im s.o.l. the wash house is fine but when a customer has a problem and presented that problem to you before hand and after a solution should be available for them.

First let me say this....To Roxanne Sykes regarding you not wanting your child as you mentioned in your review..the baby didn't ask to be here. You opened your legs & got pregnant. Secondly.. Great Laundromat.Best prices in Forest Park Ga.Dryers get hot..luv it.
Very nice and clean place to wash your clothes. The Young lady who works There has very good Customer Service Skills. I wish they would add 2 more Large Dryers. Machines washes your clothes very clean and affordable. Fix the 2 dryers that stop all the time.
Guadalupe is great... I can always count on her to do a great job with my clothes. No matter when I come back to pick up my clothes they are always ready.

I love this place! It's clean, the attendant is nice, and they have old video games like when I was a kid. You rarely see those anymore.
If I could give this place 10 stars I would!! This facility is great!! I drove all over E.Point and SW Atlanta trying to find a laundromat that was reasonable and DON'T USE THOSE STINKING LOAD Cards! Coined operated, clean machines, and the cheapest prices I've seen !! She even has a concession box and some ices that are great ! One dollar each . lol. Finally found home !!
The positives lots of washers of all sizes. The jumbo dryers always have "out of service" notices. Although there are clothes in them. Yes, I agree the attendee is really pleasant. Another negative is the roaches I saw running about. Not good. Informed attendee.
