Very clean, the cost of the washer & dryer is very fare. They have small regular, and Large washing machine. The have a a few BIG washer, they are great for Large blankets and a dog bed. Clean place, bathroom were surprisingly very clean. Will be back, Thanks
One of the cleanest laundry service rooms I have been in a long time. Well maintained in every aspect.
I have always loved this location to do massive amounts of laundry. It usually is clean and most of the time all the machines work. This last time I went I had to share the dryers with the strange make who cleans the machines and a drunk mouse. It's official I am no longer a patron at the laundry room laundermat!!
The washers I wanted to use, had laundry already done, just sitting in them. 1 machine was out of order. By the time I brought my own laundry in, got the coins, etc., the stuff was still IN! I asked the attendant, an old curmudgeon with a cigar sticking out of mouth, for help. I explained I was in a hurry. He said, it wasn’t his responsibility to empty the washers. I asked him if I should take my business elsewhere then, to what he just shrugged. He sensed I spoke with an accent and right off the bat tried to offend me. I already knew where this convo was going, so I cut him off shortly and asked how many languages HE spoke besides English! Of course he had no answer to that either. Since I was already there, I completed my task I emptied the washers myself but I’m never coming back. I am an LMT working in the area with lots of linens to be washed, so some other laundromat will be earning my quarters. NOT this one. I feel sorry for the old man, he obviously is not happy working there. If he was a polyglot on the other hand... , maybe he wouldn’t have to be there... I have to admit he was cleaning very diligently the entire time I was there but his customer service is far from acceptable.
I like the laundry room except the change machine doesn't give you the amount that you put in. I put in $5.00 and received ?4.00 back. That's not the first time.
I've only been once but compared to other places there prices are very competitive. However the place is not the cleanest. I saw a mouse run past me. I don't think the washers are the greatest BUT the prices are good for what u get.
Very into signage....like every six inches there's a sign - sometimes it's the same sign....it's an extra quarter for hot water.... and for heavy soil settings....way too complicated. Guy was practically sweeping between my feet rather than waiting the 2 minutes for me to finish putting my stuff in the dryer and move... limited parking... I doubt I'll be back...
Friendly new owner actively making improvements to the property asking customers their thoughts on improvements! I couldn’t tell you the last time I came across someone open to reasonable suggestions. Thanks!
Place is trash now. It's more expensive and the dryers aren't as hot anymore and the don't stay open late anymore. Its cheaper to wash at my apartment. Wish they never sold it to the new guy.
