Went camping at Rock Cut State Park, and at one point I needed to wash my stinky outdoor clothes. I looked up a laundromat near me, and "The Laundry Room" popped up, I seen that it had 4.5 star review so I read some of the reviews and the good reviews about it are the truth. I never thought I would give a review on a laundromat, but in my 53 years I've never seen such a clean, well kept, well priced laundromat in my life. I didn't have to keep sticking quarter after quarter into the dryers. It had nice little seating areas with tables to sit at while you're waiting. It had two TVs running with no biased news channels. The bathrooms were immaculate. If you need just enough detergent for one load you could buy it at the counter for a very low price they had several brands also you could buy three dryer sheets for 50 cents in case you forgot yours or you didn't have any, and to top it all off the young lady looking after the place was very sweet, kind, and attentive. Thanks for an awesome experience Laundry Room!!!..... Never thought I'd say that lol
Love this laundry mat. It is well taken care of, always clean, dryers always work and the ladies that take care of the place are always friendly. Plus there is plenty of washers and dryers available and the cost is lower than other places in the area.
Friendly advice on the best washers and dryers for my needs. Affordable soap and stuff for sale during the day, machine at night. Had a good experience, will use them again!
Clean and friendly atmosphere. The washing machines are really nice.
Nice place. $2.25 for normal size loads. Very large loads are $5.00. Double load dryers took $1.50 for 48 minutes. Two loads plus drying= $6.00.
A nice a laundromat. Clean and well light. Lots of available washers a dryer's. Nice gambling room. Great selection of drinks and snacks. I like they have wifi and somthing good on the tv. Staff is nice, and helpful. Also they have a drop off and pick up service.
I’ve never had a bad experience here before until today. A short haired lady was super rude to me and my friend. I had exactly $5.75. I put all of the change in the machine and the machine miscounted so I got the attendant. The machine said I was .50¢ off when I wasn’t and I didn’t have another 50 cents. The attendant proceeded to tell me the machine doesn’t miscount and she used it all day. We were able to find another 50 cents and she watched it miscount again in front of her and proceeded to try and come up with just another excuse blaming us. We were just trying to let her know her machine is miscounting because these are things people rely on. We weren’t rude or anything and she just constantly threw us attitude.
Come do your laundry and play some slots or have a drink. I loves this place. They are equipped with large washers and dryers so you can get done faster and all at a great price.
This place is very clean. Staff is very helpful! My washer broke at home. I haven't been to a laundry mat in several years. Read the reviews of places near me. They sounded horrible. The reviews of this place is right on. Worth going out of my way for. I did find it a little pricey, but been awhile, so don't know what the average price is. $2 to wash..top loader, and it says .25 to dry, but it took about $1.25 to dry each load. It feels a tad small when there are a lot of people. Going early is best. I left at 10am and it was starting to get busy. The ladies/staff were on top of things and kept the vending machines full and the place clean. I will be returning when I need to again. Gladly!
Place was a little crowded, but the facility was clean, machines worked well and there's a beer/slots room for those who can't afford a washer and dryer of their own. Just spend all your extra cash in there and you're sure to be a forever customer since you'll never be able to get your own machines! Great way to entertain your customers into driving home drunk!
