Wonderful experience! I didn't get the name of the lady who helped me unfortunately, wish I had because she was great! Very helpful in finding me what I needed and making suggestions without being pushy about making sales. As for the makeup itself I don't even feel like I have anything on my face! Love that it has spf already in it. Will definitely be back!!
Elicia helped my wife pick out an entire makeup package for her daily routine, made great conversation, and didn't bat an eye when we were the first ones through the door that day. I had a great experience and I don't wear makeup. Although, Elicia was rather convincing about their facial cleanser and I may have to get that bc wow, did that work! Great place - and that's coming from the husband.
Came here in frustration after a horrible experience at sephora. When I got here Sang was busy with someone else but she greeted me and said she would be right with me I told her not to rush because I have huge needs that will take a while she still quickly got me started and explained every step of the skin care process and involving me in it all making sure I was absorbing what she was explaining. During our consult other customers came and went and she was always quick to greet them. I knew I was monopolizing her time but she never made me feel bad or rushed and everytime I whispered for her to go take care of someone else she was alwAys apologetic she was amazing I really felt like she cared and that truly influenced what I bought because I bought it all and the only reason why was I didn't feel like I was being headed thru a process by a robot nor did I feel like I was being sold anything o really felt like I was being educated by someone who cared and now I'm a lifetime customer. THANK U SANG!!
Helpful staff. Be aware that they are trained to sell up but it is always fun and they are not pushy. I feel like I'm visiting a friend who is catering to my likes and needs.
Staff was super friendly! I went in to get my free birthday reward, I love that I didn't feel super pressured to buy extra product, that I did not need!
Expensive but good stuff. Up sold me but I was ready to pay for good makeup. Nice people of course.
