Hands down the best customer service I have ever received. I have always been impressed with Shane Co. customer service but this Summer they have outdone themselves. After 17 years of daily wear my center diamond fell out of my ring. I found it and was able to send it along with my husbands ring. We got the rings replated, resized and repaired and cleaned at no charge just like our paperwork said years ago when we made our purchase. The communication, speed, update on order status and shipping on our rings was top notch. Today we received our rings back in the most beautiful packaging. They look brand new like our wedding day 17 years ago. A huge thank you to Shane Co. I feel so spoiled.
I’m over the moon impressed by Shane Co.’s customer service! Wow!! My princess cut center diamond and prongs were gone off my ring one morning in January. I searched through every possible place to find it, feeling devastated. I contacted Shane Co.- they sent me an overnight box to send my ring in to be evaluated. I sent my entire wedding set and my husband’s to be cleaned and looked at, they replaced my diamond! I was so excited that they did. It’s every bit as beautiful as my last diamond I had for 10 years. They found a replacement that is a better clarity and a bit higher value than my last one- with absolutely no cost to me! Not even the shipping! They shipped my repaired, polished, new plated rings back to me overnight, insured- at no cost to me! Plus they sent it to me in a beautiful bag and gorgeous boxes with bows- I felt like opening my ring for the first time again! Hands down best place to buy your rings from! I’m so grateful for the Shane Co.- definitely recommend them!!! Do yourself the favor of shopping here for your long term investment savings- because you never know what will happen to your ring over your lifetime. I’m still over the moon grateful for their service and replacing my diamond!! Thank you Shane Co!!!!!!
We went engagement ring shopping at several stores, but Shane Co, and Giancarlo specifically, was the only place we went where we felt like the focus was on helping us find exactly what we wanted, and not on closing a sale. He took his time, was patient with us while we narrowed down our search, made us feel comfortable and not pressured, and most importantly seemed to genuinely have fun with us. 10/10 experience from a very happy customer
Absolutely the best experience hands down. From start to finish Tobin made sure to answer all my questions and concerns as well as being incredibly knowledgeable. With his guidance I was able to find a replacement necklace for my wife’s broken one, a new wedding/engagement ring set and a gorgeous stone for the setting. I will remain a lifelong customer and will continue to recommend Shane Co. to family and friends for any and all jewelry needs!
Kendrick and the entire staff took great care of my husband and I when we came in to upgrade my ring. Kendrick took his time and was patient with us as we looked at our diamond options. He was knowledgeable and worked with the jeweler to make sure my ring would come out the way I envisioned it.
I forgot the associate's name, I believe he was Nolan. He was simply the most patient person ever as we looked at rings for 3 hours! I am certainly not the easier person to please and I typically have many design requests and something very specific I'm looking for. Highly recommend this establishment and love the customization. You cannot go wrong with Shane co!
Nate helped get my ring cleaned, she was extremely polite and kind, in the meantime, I had about 15 minutes to wait but not one person came up to engage with me, not even a quick hello which is disappointing since any other jeweler I’ve gone to, that’s their first priority. I looked around and saw several employees chatting amongst themselves and swapping stories. There were a few talking to customers but more just wasting time. I was also coming in to look at some men’s jewelry for my husbands anniversary gift but after today, I’ve decided to take my money and business elsewhere.

walked in to get my jewelry cleaned and was met by Phillip. He was helpful with a ring that needed more than a cleaning. He is professional and approachable. I am looking forward to working with him again when we go back.
