I have been doing to Jared for over a decade for all my jewelry needs. Adrian and Gary have always been so extremely helpful. They always take the time to answer all my questions and listen to my wants and needs. They are always open to my crazy ideas with custom jewelry and always have been a pleasure to work with. They are even helpful to fix and attend to jewelry from other makers. I will continue to come back.
Came in for a ring and bracelet repair and left being part of “The Jared Family”. All staff is so knowledgeable and helpful. Evan call Gary “Pops”! Thank you for restoring my wedding ring… we will be back in soon!!

I got a ring from the Tukwila store and the ring caught on everything and they told me it couldn’t be sized any smaller and that it was normal for the ring to catch on things. I decided to go to the Lynnwood store since I live up here and I was helped by Leah. She listened to my concerns, and agreed that the ring that was sold to me in Tukwila was not set correctly. She gave me full credit for my ring and sold me one with the correct setting for the size of Diamond it was for a very reasonable amount. It was an awesome experience chatting with her and the salesperson Gary while I was shopping.
Yesterday my husband I went into the store to ask about straightening a silver ring that is ver sentimental to him. Somehow it got bent on his finger. The lady took it away to the side work area brought it back said the price would be 149.00$. Fixed in 2or 3 days. I grabbed the ring and left the store. We went up the street to Fred Meyer jewelry. The lady took it put it on a ring sizer fixed it right in front of us. Cleaned the silver ring handed it back and said NO CHARGE! Really Jarod!! I would never recommend you for anything. Losers!!!!
The staff here are always helpful and patient. I have many items from this location and a few that aren’t from here and I’ve never had anything negative to say especially when they clean items not from them for free. I’ve visited many other locations but never had as good a service as i have here. Thank you Jared Lynnwood!

We are customers of the Tacoma location and have had nothing but fantastic service from them. Unfortunately we no longer live near that location and had to go to the Lynnwood store, a diamond fell out of my wedding ring which has happened before and we brought it in to get replaced the woman we spoke with attempted to sell us a new warranty we already have one and was rude after we told her we weren't purchasing the new one. We waited a week for a phone call to tell us to come pick up the ring which never came so I called them and they said the ring had been ready for a few days... Then a week later another diamond fell out, so they clearly didn't inspect the ring per the warranty.
I have had nothing but good experiences with Jared. Pricing seams fair shopping around. They have repaired at no cost and no wait on a couple items including a broken necklace clasp. Free jewelry cleaning in the Sonic cleaner and steamer. I never feel pressured when I stop in to get jewelry cleaned and checked. They always have coffee and bottled water available.
