The reason I'm giving this one star rating is this, I was scrolling through my Google homepage, and I saw where this store was going out of business, and they had some really, really good discounts. What my friend and I showed interest in was a bambo swing, which you could use as an indoor or outdoor swing. They were no more than $7.00. It was priced at $6.83 to be exact. My friend and I took off to Charlotte to buy us a couple of swings because we looked on the website, and saw that they didn't close until 7. Well, when we got there, the whole store was shut down. They're was nothing at all in the store. Looked like they had been shut down for weeks. They need to update their website.
Steve was nice and probably the old lady could use some good customer service. Need self checkout. The store manager David was a bit strict. Over all I got 95% off items for $21
The last bbb to remain open in South Charlotte. The employees were a bit strict and even the store manager. My favorite employee is Steve. He has good customer service rather than the old lady. The staff hated 90_95% day in fact by the time I arrive still lots of things and I got it for 95% óff close to 1pm and employee was selling supplies to customers for $1 but it rang up $0.25 they weren't suppose to scan the discount code but they did anyways. Sadly no self checkout and Matthews location had it much better. Sadly Mooresville was to far for me. Wish the one in concord remain open this long since they were in a mall
Went to purchase a heated blanket. Now I understand why this place is going out of business and I’m thankful!! Staff is rude and short tempered. The male cashier had a very snappy attitude. If the customer service has been like this then no wonder the place is closing! Good riddance
Great store! Too bad Covid closures ransacked and bankrupted businesses like a thief in the night... for 2 years. We will MISS you and your 20% coupons everywhere, BB&B. You'll remain an icon long into the future!
They truly stopped caring. Store is filthy, staff don't care long lines and no one cares. Customers leaving instead of waiting in line
Going out of business. Nothing but inflated prices and things you can buy at Marshall's or Homegooods at a better price or quality. Don't waste your time, like I did. Time I can't get back.
We needed some items for our bathroom and kitchen, and were able to find so much more. As the Brand goes through bankruptcy proceedings, we found items are not yet discounted much. But with the customer loyalty membership, there is a lot of bonuses and discounts, and we were able to reduce our bill by a good 18% simply by following the different available promos.
Close out sale was nice but still a bit high prices but good deals!
This store is not in here anymore. There's an Spirit Halloween in place.
