I wish I could give them more starts. Amazing customer service, my daughter and I went there and had a great shopping experience. Although the store got busy on and off but the young lady made sure everyone was getting the help they needed. Great job, thanks so much for making that shopping experience so pleasant for us
Amazing service, My fiancee and I have been there twice in the past month and both times had Eirica help us out, she is such a nice person to deal with and vary knowledgable in the products she sells. She helped us pick the right stuff for our needs, how to maintain/clean each thing, brought our stuff up to the counter as we shopped and even helped us carry our stuff to the car once she was off shift. We'll definetly be going back
There's one woman there who is just rude everyone else is so sweet and friendly. When we went to check out we noticed the price of an item was much more than what the sale was so of course we pointed it out. This woman then walked over to the shelf removed the sticker the store was covered in the same sale stickers and said "the sale is over." Needless to say we will never be back, we will never shop with the company again, and we will never recommend the store.
The arrogant salesperson will never come to this shop again. I want to buy a set of tableware as a gift for a customer. I am worried about the defects. I want to ask the salesperson to check it after the payment and tell me that I can take it home for inspection. If there is any defect, I can take it back to changeI don’t think the service logic is reasonable. furtherExplain that I will send it to the customer tomorrow. If there is a defect, the customer will be unhappy, and still tell me to take it home for inspection. I said that I feel this tossing is very inconvenient. I asked, can I check at the counter, tell me that I must leave the shop and check again. It can be done in the aisle of the mall out of store door . This is not for customers. This is an overlord store.
