Full schedule of barre classes in a beautiful, bright and airy studio!
Barre is a full body workout utilizing ballet movements on the barre, resistance bands, light free weights and Pilates balls. Barre will firm and tone your whole body while elongating muscle and increasing strength, flexibility and stamina. Every class ends with a relaxing stretch and cool down.
Designed Training's barre classes are available to anyone at any ability or fitness level and no dance experience required!
