This museum is awesome! It's packed to the brim with amazing artifacts of both human history and natural history! My personal favorite was the collection of stone tools they had! If you're ever in Barstow, give this place a visit! It's free!  Oh and try the Sarsaparilla! It's delicious

I wanted to check out this museum and glad I did it was a informative visit learned something’s about Barstow I didn’t know and got to see some cool stuff from a long time ago it was nice

Wonderful regional museum... Interesting artifacts from the local region.

1st time visitors and was truly an interesting museum.  Lots of history found in Mojave. Letters from residents from long ago to today. There is a file of a lot of towns that are in the Mojave area. I took some and thoroughly enjoyed reading history of a small 2 person town that was just across the entrance to calico ghost town. It's a must stop for interesting reads.

So cute! Nice little place with some interesting collections. Glad we stopped to stretch to stretch out legs here.

Great place ...Tons of authentic and amazing artifacts..Great souvenir shop....I wanted to buy everything....Great prices too compared to all other stores...

This has some very interesting exhibits, it's not very big, but it has a lot of character and great explanations on things.

Small, but very good! Very friendly gent worked there. I truely enjoyed looking  at the 1902 Sears catalog!
