We have been into this store a few times now and Don Rosellini has been our design consultant. He is very knowledgeable with all of the products. He really takes his time with you and we never have felt rushed. He even stayed a little late to accommodate us, top notch service. He is very kind and professional. Highly recommend Don and this furniture store. The quality of their products are great and so is their customer service. Another gentleman even helped us out one time, because it was Don’s day off and he was also great. All of the staff is very friendly and always has a smile on their face.
Abigail and the team at Bassett Furniture are amazing! I ordered a complete bedroom set and it was delivered and set up perfectly. Had a small tear in the headboard and Abigail replaced it immediately without hesitation!!! Customer service at it's finest! Quality of the furniture is unbeatable. I will definitely return to furnish the rest of my home. Thank you Abigail!
Bassett is amazing! The design consultants were so easy and fun to work with! They were able to get us exactly what we wanted! The bedroom furniture is beautiful and such high quality! We also got a custom dining room table and chairs and it makes the space look so much lighter and comfortably seats 8 people...perfect for entertaining! The cushions are stain resistant and durable. The customer service is amazing and I would recommend Bassett to anyone looking for high quality, American made furniture!! We wish all of our furniture was from Bassett!!
My husband and I searched for years to find a couch that was not only comfortable for a tall man of his size but also a quality leather recliner. When we visited Bassett, it was a wonderful experience! My husband and I are in our twenties, so sometimes when we go into furniture places sales professionals tend to pass on helping us...but not Abigail! Abigail listened to our needs, showed us a few options, answered ALL our questions and more! She not only took the time to get to know us and our needs for a few hours, but she cares about us personally as well. What a difference it made! We ended up purchasing a custom option which we didn't know was possible until she mentioned it to us. Abigail gave us a quote, let us think about it a few days, and then helped us purchase it a few days later. Even though we bought furniture in the middle of the pandemic, Abigail helped give us updates every step of the way! We've had our couch now for almost 6 months and have had zero issues but lots of compliments!! Thank you Bassett--and if you go, you MUST visit Abigail!
Don had great advice, suggestions and insight in helping me select a couch, love seat and mattress set. He was available to help and answer questions every step of the way for delivery. I will definitely see him again when I need anything. Skyler and Austin delivered and set up all my furniture. They were very professional, efficient and personable. Thanks and best wishes to all!!!
I got my bedroom suit here - including my awesome mattress. Everything was delivered on time and my custom bench was exactly how I wanted it. My sales person kept me updated with manufacturing progress on my bench, and it was delivered on time. I would definitely go back there for more furniture especially because delivery is good, and I don't want to carry heavy wood furniture up stairs
I went into Bassett to look at swatches of rugs and the staff was so personable. Abigail helped me find exactly what rug I was looking for. We placed the order for the one I wanted and it came in in 2 days!! It is soft, super comfy to walk on, easy to vacuum, and was also affordable! Will for sure go back to Bassett for future home decor needs.
We paid over 2,000 for a table that within the first three days was so scratched up it was unbelievable. This past weekend we put a pizza box on it and it left white cloudy marks. Even sliding a book leaves permanent scratches. We believe there is a faulty finish on top, or a lack of one! However Bassett has given us zero sympathy telling us that it’s not their fault but manufacturing. They make it seem like it’s “out of their control,” and have done nothing to make it right. This is my first ever negative review of a business, but I don’t want anyone else to get duped like we did. UPDATE 6/14/22…..I emailed the email below and months later have still not heard back
As a designer, I source from Bassett frequently for clients' projects. Abigail and the team at Bassett are wonderful to work with on my projects. The quality of the furniture is fantastic from the choices of beautiful, high quality, durable fabrics to the workmanship of solid furniture pieces. Their products will stand the test of time both from a design point of view as well as durability. The communication from Abigail from the selection process to delivery date is great. I also shop here for my own personal home with my first purchase being a sectional in 2008. It is still beautiful, current, and has held up to three growing children. If you are looking for a source for your home with fantastic service, great fabrics, and furniture quality, at a great price point this is your place!
This is our families go-to furniture and decor store. We’ve been doing business for over 5 years and have always received excellent sales and customer service. We love Abigail! She always goes above and beyond to provide the best service. I ordered a chest of drawers for my youngest daughter virtually with Abigail in the Fall of 2021. When it was delivered I had extremely underestimated its size but they were super at making sure I was happy and took the piece back and our family went into the store and picked the perfect chest of drawers. Exceptional quality and variety for the price.
