Great place to get all types of batteries. My RV needed 4 Coach batteries and they had them on the shelf. Was in and out in a flash. Great service from the team also.

Extremely rude staff! They have no knowledge about batteries and talk to you on the phone as though you are the incompetent one. They sell bad batteries and don't assist when they sell these bad batteries.
We have been dealing with Mark from batteries plus on RT22 in north Plainfield for a number of years now. We use a large number of batteries regularly and find that Mark is able to keep us stocked up with batteries even with the supply chain issues. If you are in need of any type of battery I would highly recommend batteries plus of North Plainfield.
Tldr - look for Armando if you're getting a phone battery replacement. You won't get help from Brian at the front desk. His customer service is a joke. The best part of the phone battery replacement service was interacting with the technician. He was very knowledgeable and reasonable. I had a good impression of this place until I talked with the staff during the work week. Brian, at the front desk, was dismissive and arrogant. That guy really has an issue. I would honestly suggest this place if it wasn't for how rude he is.
Easy to order the correct battery online and then pickup and installation took about 10 minutes. Would recommend!
Came here today April 25th to change car battery to an improved AGM battery. Unfortunately they did not have the battery I paid to come pickup but luckily they had the same AGM battery with another brand for cheaper. I saved 100 bucks. Great customer service; highly recommend.
