Gold standard! The entire crew was helpful, courteous, and fun! We had a great time, which helped the time pass by quickly. I didn't feel pressured into buying things I didn't need. Austin was very knowledgeable and gave me the info I needed to make the best choices for my account.
Agent greeted us at the door. Very friendly. Took care of adding our iPad to our plan with obvious competence. Recommend a change to unlimited data plan saving us $3 per month with better service. Very pleased with the entire transaction.
This company only cares about SALES. No better than a used car dealership. They will give you a hard time about doing anything other than sales. If you need information transferred from your old device but did not buy it there, they will charge you $30-50 for that very simple service which can be done for free from almost any other company. If you made an insurance claim and need that same service, it should be FREE! But they will still try to charge you and if you challenge them they will send you to Best Buy. The manager will ONLY get involved if you have been there for 30 minutes and cause a scene; otherwise he wants nothing to do with you. They are supposed to have a “Queue” system for when it’s busy but they NEVER use it unless the head honcho is there to enforce it. This company is AKA a “woke” company which means they expect their employees to do more than their given job description for no extra compensation and if you do not follow this rule, they will be let go for little to no reason. If you go here then I suggest buying any and all accessories from, literally, anywhere else because this company has an almost 200% mark up on all products. Another thing to note, you can ask for up to 22% discount on anything and ALL EMPLOYEES CAN DO THIS WITH NO NEED TO CONTACT ANY MANAGER OR UPPER LEVEL MANAGEMENT! Hope this helps! Screw this company!
I went in there and Josue was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Got me what I needed. Got me some good deals got me into exactly what I would recommend another! I had a very bad experience over the last 30 days with Xfinity trying to get a cell phone... But not today shout Out to Josue And the rest of the team down there in West Lebanon Verizon!!!
Went in to trade up my phone and was switching from a Apple to a Android. Mike greeted me , found what I wanted and ordered for me. It was there in two days. He was off on the day I was available to pick it up. So Austin helped me set it up and transferred all my information from one phone to the other. He was helpful and friendly, it took quite some time, almost two hours. He was patient and helpful. I appreciate his help! This is the second time I have gone to this Verizon store and each time has been a positive experience. 5 stars!
These guys work HARD to figure out some complicated situations. Very helpful. Josue and Mike are helpful, knowledgeable, personable and will do all they can to have you leave happy.
Stephan is my favorite tech guru. I recently purchased 5 new devices with his guidance and support. Less than a month later I had to reach out to him to help me replace my phone as mine was lost in the ocean water off York Beach, Maine! He was again a supportive guide during a very stressful, for me, time of uncharted travel. I feel I’ve made a new friend.
The staff were great—knowledgeable and friendly. The process was stress free and they went above and beyond to get me a phone from another store. Great experience!
Customer service was outstanding! I was greeted at the door. I didn't have to walk around aimlessly. I was dreading getting my upgrade as typically you can waste half a day. I was able to make talk through my choices and come back later to pick everything up. And it was ready and bagged up for me. Thank you Mike!
Meara was absolutely amazing. She selflessly spent over an hour saving my phone from the otherwise sure destruction I had caused it. She was diligent, patient, understanding, and kind. I couldn't be more grateful for her assistance and highly recommend the store because they hire people like Meara.
