Terrible customer service. Our scanning capability has been down for days and we are at a standstill. I haven't received an eta from the company, or the tech, or a service ticket number, just that a 'tech has been assigned'. The telephone reps are not local. Customer service from this company has been rapidly declining in a short period of time. Our rep isn't even responding to calls or emails.
Hands-down the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. You can't reach anyone in the office and they don't return phone calls. We have been trying to return their equipment for 4 months! They have literally abandoned it at my office.
I have always had first class service from everyone within this company. From the front desk receptionist, to the technicians, every person is so friendly, helpful and extremely professional. Recently, I have worked a lot with Scott Christensen and he has been fantastic with assisting with our printer needs. I couldn't pick a better company to work with!
I have been using BOE for our health insurance company for a very long time and have appreciated them every step of the way. From the salesman to the customer service reps, installation reps and account executives. They are always checking on us to see how things are going, if we need anything or any help. Always letting us know if there is a way of improving our efficiency, workflow and document management. I would recommend them to anyone.
Being IT for a major company I work with BOE just about each day and have to say when I do have to call in on an Issue I look forward to & love talking to Erin as she is always friendly and very helpful. On the service side we normally see Kee for our repair issues and I just can not say enough about how great the response and communication is. Kee is the best, he and the rest of BOE are always very responsive. If we are going to have issues I am glad that great people like these are there to help and make any issues in to a pleasrure to work though. so glad we have this great relationship between our two companies.
Awesome customer service. Local customer was out of supplies and wasn't expecting it in until 3-5 days later. Boise Office Equipment Inc offered supplies until theirs came in and a repayment was made. Go here first for all your Office Equipment needs. We should all support Great Companies.
They were outstanding in getting all of our issues resolved and going above and beyond. Between Meghan, Jim, Kellie, Marc and Pete I couldn't have asked for better customer and tech services. Within days everything was completed in order for us to have a fully functioning, smaller sized machine that our office has fallen in love with. Honestly don't know how we got by without this machine or BOE. Just a little background to our situation, the representative we had and the machine were both duds and BOE took care of both issues by going above and beyond to make sure our offices got exactly what we needed and in a timely manner as well as checked up on us often there after to make sure everything had been resolved. I would go on to say how even today they are awesome, and though I know they are, we don't need to call them often, if ever. You know why...because they did such a thorough job the last go around that we don't have issues to contact them about. But I know if we do, their IT team, service team, accounting, assistants and more would all be there willing to assist in any way they could to get the job done and done right. Thank you BOE for all that you do!!!
Today I was helped by Angela on the BOE helpline and she was very professional and good to work with. She took care of my print driver issue quickly and also proactively helped me with some settings that will help me with printing on my laptop. Nice job Angela!
Although we had a little rough start with our printer initially, Brian the IT Tech, has been very helpful in helping us to get running again and treated our issues with priority service! He's the best!
Our office has done business with BOE for years and their support staff is excellent. Specifically Angela, who has been a lifesaver more than once!
