Work was told a 3 week job. My car was there for 40 days. Car is NOT back to pre accident conditions. Yes, body work was fixed, but the fenders are not matching up to the car smoothly. Had to have mechanic adjust headlights. And paint is bubbled.
The office person was nice when I called and helped me figure out the Geico stuff! Just for some back ground car was in accident in NY and was towed to VA for service as that is home for us. This was the only place I could find that took Geico insurance. I will say it took 2+ months but there was extensive damage to car. We are happy with work done. We did call about every 2 weeks for updates as I signed that they could deal directly with insurance to get car done. It is a tough time to get parts for cars and not as many mechanics to do work. So the 5 stars is for work done but you will need to be patient.
They have been very good at getting my car fixed the write way, they are doing a good job.
Lady from this shop met me in the parking lot, awful customer service had lots of questions & was not helpful at all, Another AFRICAN AMERICAN was pulling up & she stated ANOTHER ONE ….Do not recommend.
DO NOT USE THIS Business my people of color. The women at the front desk was very rude and disrespectful, said I was weird for asking her questions about the finish date. Hung up on me multiple times then said my business isn’t welcomed there.
The people here are kind and quite personable, they'll always do their best to help you within their control. Their work ethic is excellent as well. Fully satisfied.
Listen I can’t knock the quality of the work done here. My car came looking beautiful with very few defects. The reason they are only getting a three star revie is as follows. Project management and attention to detail. The shop ordered the wrong hood for my car and never was able to get the straight. I ended up accepting the car back with the hood still damaged. My reason is this complaint is purely because the had the car for four months! Time management is a huge problem at this repair shop. Parts that the knew they need weren’t ordered until they needed the part to move forward. This added more delays. I’m sorry only goes so far since this repair took an amazingly long time. You heard that right the car was in the shop for four months! And came out unfinished. This leads me to communication. Unlike you call them and harass them you will not hear from them. This needs a lot of work. I’ve never had a car in the shop so long but it received no communication without me instigating it. They also ignored an error code for a bad O2 sensor making assumptions instead of contacting me to find out if this was expected. Please for the love of everything communicate with your client! Lastly they do an amazing job this is why they are getting a three star review over a one star. The paint job was better than factory. The fit and finish is perfect.
When I walked in spoke to guy on the left he didn't seem interested or direct me where to go. There were two other guys having a conversation so for I waited in the middle of the floor for 5 minutes just looking. Finally one of the guys acknowledged me.He was nice and very mannerable.They are pricey. Two stars because of the wait in the beginning and to paint my entire Honda Accord he said it would be 7k. I can buy a new car.
