Bay Bouquet Riverview

The flowers I received from my husband for my birthday is absolutely awful ! The flowers were already dead and discolored. The flowers are clearly a old funeral arrangement that they obviously just had sitting there and delivered. This is the worst flower arrangement I've ever seen

My aunt received flowers at the hospital via Bay Bouquet. Here we are 8 days later...still beautiful and blooming!

I used this floral shop for my wedding 2 years ago and to this day, I still get compliments on my arrangements. I was so thrilled to know that they opened a second location here in Riverview! They make the best floral arrangements unlike no other. I'm so pleased to know I can get great quality flowers that turn into masterpieces.

Bay Bouquet saved the day! I had been trying to get ahold of someone in the Riverview shop to take an order for same day delivery, but the day got away from me and by the time I realized I hadn't heard back, it was quite late in the day. I was disappointed to think I had missed my window to make my daughter's day special. Someone at the Tampa location caught wind of my dilemma and called me back, very close to closing time. After a necessarily brief but thorough conversation, they not only created a large bouquet that perfectly captured what I was looking for - color, theme, occasion, even personality! - but also ran it all the way from Tampa to an address right next to their Riverview store, well past their own closing hours, just to make sure nothing got lost or missed in the translation. Despite the earlier missteps in communication, this small business knows how to come together and make things right. I could have easily taken my business elsewhere, but I am so glad I stuck with them, because they have a talent and vision that is unmatched. The bouquet my daughter received was beyond what I was capable of describing when I ordered, but the young lady who took my order seemed to just KNOW. There were special, creative touches that were far beyond what I imagined, especially given the extreme last minute nature of the order. Special thanks to the delivery driver who volunteered to make that late run! Sure wish I had gotten names of these special angels, but I think everyone in the company just goes above and beyond.

What a wonderful family owned company, with such beautiful arrangements and the fine details put into the flowers are GORGEOUS. I am so glad they now have a store opened in Riverview. Prices and delivery service are always reasonable and on time. Highly recommended! Beautiful flowers, awesome customer services!!!

My husband ordered me a large bouquet of roses and Lily for Mother’s Day and I received 2 tulips and some Shasta daisies. Which have already died and it’s only Tuesday. The bouquet is nothing like what he ordered online. We could have went to the grocery store and bought the same thing for $12 and he spent $70.

I just spoke with Anthony, one of the owners of Bay Bouquet. He was absolutely wonderful over the phone! Polite, courteous, helpful. I will definitely use this business for all my flower orders for my parents in the future. First impressions are always so important and Anthony nailed it!!

Incredibly knowledgeable staff, we purchased a funeral arrangement when our grandmother passed. The owner was truly gracious and understanding during a very trying time for us. The professionalism displayed was second to none and the price point was perfect for what we wanted to do. They were there for us through our hard times and we will definitely be back for our happy times. Thank you so much!

Terrible place. Customer service was disrespectful & spoke over me as soon as he knew i had a complaint. Flowers were ordered online & when we received the flowers...they looked anything like the flowers that were selected. Then he proceeded to tell me that they can make the arrangements however they’d like & the flowers online were “Photoshopped”. With that comment alone, that told me that they are all about false advertisement. I give 2 thumbs down. I will say the arrangement delivered were pretty...but not the ones ordered. I will be sure to let everyone know what this place is all about. The only good thing the have is that they are ‍ welcoming. Being that I have 2 daughters with the gay community...I will be spreading the word to them as well.

I was so impressed with the beautiful arrangement I received today, but even MORE impressed with the fact that they were able to find my house, aaaand that they very thoughtfully left it in a place where it wouldn't be in the hot sun since we weren't home at the time. That's diligence, professionalism and just great customer service!
