Bayshore Estates Manufactured Homes Community

My husband and I have lived here since 11/01/2010 .The new owners are doing a lot of work out here . This is going to be a great park when they get done . The lady in the office as well as the owners are really friendly and seem to really care about this place and the residents.

I have lived here at Bay Shore Estates for 14 years. The projects that the management is doing is incredible. My wife and I own our 4 bedroom home and the new management are very friendly and respectful to us. It has been a great place for us to live since I retired. Own ours 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms a two car garage love it back here

Nothing special about this campground. Hardly any trees/shade. They have two pools and a couple places for kids to play.

Payed application fee for background check. They claimed they couldn't do it because New Jersey wouldn't release my records perfectly clean records at that In short... I was rejected... Because I lived in New Jersey... When I was told this I contacted their office and never got through to anyone. And they didn't even give me back my money. The trailers are kind of in disrepair. The down deposit rates a bit steep. The on site managers are friendly... But their company is bad business... And basically con artistry. Four of the five people I know there are strongly hoping to get out... One better experience... In a pinch I would rent off of them... But this probably isn't the place you want to buy a home from...

By any means. Stay as far away as possible from this dump. Lot fees alone are ridiculous! You can rent a nice apartment or house cheaper than this place charges you. You can’t even breathe without the park management threatening you with a eviction notice......You can’t even have outside patio furniture outside without them sticking a notice on your door.....No respect for your privacy. They just come and start tearing up you trailer/yard without any notice then leave a mess and expect you to clean it up...........I would never suggest this place to the most hated person I know.....STAY AWAY!!!

They have Petty rules and deposit is a bit steep... what does it go on your teailer payment...needs updates in trailers a little more...

Quiet homey feeling. Staying here for a few months. As far as I know, the property managers are very personal, and family friendly.

They give eviction notices for patio furniture and kids toys on the patios, and have way too much getting in your business. They also charge too much for older revamped units

This place has really gone down hill. It used to be nice when I was younger but now it's looking like a typical trashy trailer park. Sad.
