Northwood is under a new manager and she is an amazing one. She's always in the office and trys to stay on top of all situations. Many of the homes are ready to be someone's forever home
Been here for years, a few of the rules i.e. pet size and pool options are not to my liking but after, 6 years, never had any issues from neighbors. Financed us and we paid it off, now we just pay the lit rent and it is extremely reasonable imo.
This trailer court likes to force babies and they're mothers out and be away from the father for no reason and fine you for everything they can think of. And they say you can't have dog over 25 lbs and there are plenty of them out there. And the manager pretty much does as she pleases to the people that reside there, including discrimination against them because of who they are related to
The "manager" wasn't even polite enough to come out of his office when we walked in. A quick drive through showed that the trailers are nowhere near worth what they're asking for them upwards of $20k considering they are dated and many in disrepair. The manager on duty was rude, aloof, and entirely unhelpful with any questions. The park itself is seedy. There are definitely better options in the area and I'd avoid this place like the plague.

The park is very well managed. The upkeep and presentation look good. Very quiet but also welcoming for families.
DON'T KNOW HOW TO BE AT THE OFFICE WHEN THEIR HOURS ARE MONDAY THRU FRIDAY 9am-6pm. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CALL THE LADY ALL DAY AND NO ONE HAS BEEN IN THE OFFICE!!!
It's okay but management lies alot were supposed to fix my roof when I moved in it's now over a year later and they want me to pay half
Management can be a bit hard to work with but neighborhood is decent
