Beach Orthopaedic Specialty Institute

I reinjured my left shoulder on July 4th. It became excruciating pain on the 7th and I went to the ER. They said that I had a calcified tendon, gave me meds, referred me to an ortho doctor. I went back to the ER 3 days later, was given MORE opioids and sent home IN excruciating pain annnd without the meds working. I tried Several orthopedic doctors and they were all too busy to see me. Then on July 16th, I saw Dr Woodson. The staff was very compassionate, kind, helpful and accommodating. I wish that I had got the medical receptionist's name. She was awesome. The Auburn haired lady was so kind, as well. Just amazing! But the doctor is my favorite in the whole world. Dr Woodson was honest about my treatment plan and what I may experienced. He calmed me down as I cried multiple times in the office. Annnd he continued to soothe me while I received my injection and had screamed. Thank you Dr Woodson and your staff. THANK YOU!

The 5 stars is for the front office not positive but I believe her name is Maria she is new let me tell you she is extremely well mannered and respectful I called for an appointment and without hesitation she gave me a follow up which means a lot as I had left messages and no calls back she called me back within minutes and scheduled if there alwere multiple areas to review I would 2 stars for lady that takes copay very rude and loud isn't it against HIPPAA to hear other patients personal questions and answer ? Is it to much to ask that pts be pulled aside to discuss these issues privately not in front of entire office ?? As well as rudely asking young lady next to her DONT TAKE CHARTS BACK THERE NOT IN ORDER something us as patientsnever appreciate hearing " CHARTS misplaced or out of order " I've been seen by Dr Klug at the hospital 2Stars Not sure if the office control person is the auburn red/auburn hair lady but she shell be nice one sec and within minutes you can tell Shes bothered my husband was asking about his bills was being assisted before being interrupted by this lady. 5 stars for back office staff and xray tech very very pleased with there treatment 10+ stars for drs if they were to set grounds for the staff that is ruining there practice this specialist would be on top 5 but I'm not entirely sure that drs know what is happening in the front or lobby waiting area I've gone to many specialist office and there's always that one staff members that makes the practice positively satisfied in patients care I can attest that with a few changes especially with that rude loud lady this practice will be very successful..I would like to thank Maria for getting me in and Dr Klug Thank you can't wait for my appointment hopefully when I do go things will have changed hopefully I get to see Maria I got a goodie bag for her

Let four messages over two 2 weeks with no return call. When I did talk to someone I was told they would call back by end of the day. Never happened. Waiting for the last two weeks for a date for surgery. Today I was told it might be at the end of October. They will not know for another two to three weeks.

Dr. Woodson is an excellent orthopedic surgeon. He has replaced both my hips with completely success. His skills as a surgeon are amazing. It is a pleasure to work with Beach Orthopedic. Thank you.

Dr Woodson great Dr he found and fixed issue after every other Dr i been to said nothing is wrong. Highly recommended.
