They don't answer the phone on time. The answering service gives a message saying they are out to lunch and call back in an hour even though it is morning. Then it just hangs up on you. It is unprofessional to be late.

This place is absolutely horrible! They demanded I pay $325 before I received any treatment. Turns out, I didn't owe anything for this type of treatment. Fast forward 1 year and I'm still fighting with their billing department to get reimbursed. It's sad that this entire company cares more about money than medicine and providing decent customer service. Small claims court here I come.

Love the doc but very disappointment in his staff. Schedule appointment mix up and was not handled very well. Phone hung up in my face and then accused of calling staff a very disrespectful name I was refused to see doc. claimed I was too late and my cancer treatment cancel showing no reqard to my health. I am glad I transfer out of that office. I pray I am treated better at next site

This review is specifically for Dr. Hooman Parsi and the his staff. Very rude, unprofessional service. Dr. never takes his time to listen the patient as soon as her enters the room he wants to leave . He never shake hands or introduce like other doctors. Front office lady name Carmen she goes by Carrie super unprofessional and poor service. Please do not go to this doctor and waste your time and money . Go to the doctor who is professional and knows what he is doing. YOU DESERVE THE BEST CARE UNLIKE AT DR. PARSI"S OFFICE.
