Wonderful, peaceful place with great views. The Armstrong Trails are nearby and my wife and I were able to enjoy two days of biking on these beautiful rail trails along the Allegheny River. Staff is very friendly and we enjoyed our time here.
The intital site we had secured, there was no way we could have fit, thankfully they offered another one as it wasn't busy. The in and out with a big camper is not fun, absolutely take your time and watch your bed sides. Like others have said, bring additional leveling blocks, you'll need them. We enjoyed the quiet and it is a nice place, but the seasonal campers seem to be clicky and don't speak to you even when you say hello, never been at a place like that. There is little to no phone service, was told there was no wifi, but all the seasonal people were streaming and scrolling away. There was a router that came up BRguest, but they said they're was no wifi. But all in all, it wasn't a bad experience. Thanks for the weekend.
It's very nice campground.staff is great.just kinda pricey.55.00 a night for a tent because electric and water we didn't need.Rooms: 3/5
Great campground and freindly staff as always! We stay here a few times every year.Rooms: 5/5
A nice campground. Rather isolated from reality to the point that just driving there is quite the adventure. So awesome if that's what you are after. Our site near the pond was a grass site with full hookups. Bring plenty of leveling tools.
Though the staff was very friendly, the campsites are very small and not level at all. We had reservations for a holiday weekend which I informed them how big our camper was when I called but when we arrived, we were not able to fit in the site. They did thankfully refund us our money.Service: 1/5
Very nice place. My only issue was the grass was very high. It was unpleasant. I was very worried about ticks with the grass so high. The staff was wonderful. Pond was very nice. Very quiet peaceful place with beautiful views.
This place is amazing! Beautiful campground in country setting, spacious sites, the staff Judy and Marian are super super sweet and friendly! There is a calm, comfortable feeling when you drive into the campground and the other campers are awesome! Love, love, love this place! We will definitely be back!
We spent time at this campground during the summer, loved it, everyone very friendly. Very clean, welcoming campground! We loved it too because we can take our golf cart. Looking into getting a permanent site. Great area for side by sides, 4 wheelers. Local pizza delivery!
Wonderful campground. Beautiful, very scenic. Big, clean pool and large pond with lots of fish. There's always some type of activity each weekend and holiday weekends are packed with people and things to do. The bath house is large, bright and clean. The store has delicious ice cream! If you are looking for a relaxing place to stay, check out Bear Ridge.
