CROSSFIT Schedule
Class is for beginners or people who have never done CrossFit before takes you through 9 Basic Movements essential to helping you move forward safely in the CrossFit Program. You will learn to Squat, Front Squat, Overhead Squat, Press, Push Press, Push Jerk, Deadlift, Sumo Deadlift High Pull, and Clean with Medicine Balls.
Advanced classes have more challenging conditioning workouts with more advanced movements. The classes will also address mental aspects of training.
