I wish U could give 0 stars! Horrible experience! Worst mani and pedi I have gotten. So rough and rushed. Thought she was going to pull my toenails off. The gel pilish started coming off the morning after. 2 of my toes were bleeding. Used dirty old brushes on my feet!Services: Pedicure
Called 40 minutes before our appts to rush us. That alone was enough for me to cancel, but I had an event. The females who did the pedicures were great. The male who did the acrylics did it way too thick. The base color he used for the french manicure on my hands was way too pink and didn't match the base color used by the females on my feet. After leaving I went to multiple salons to fix it and everyone was super busy. This salon was DEAD during the peak of prom season. I should've known better.
Kind of expensive. I paid $ 40 for a regular fill. No extras. He made a mess of my nails. I had nail polish all over my fingers. He didn't put oil on my cuticles, and completely rushed. I'll never go back.. He cut me when filing my nails and it bled on the nail file, he then used the nail file on another client Instead of throwing it away. Totally unsanitary.

This used to be one of my favorite nail salons until recently. I went for a refill with nail tech Chau I might be spelling it wrong. I made an appointment but was a few mins late which I notified the owner ahead of time he was ok with me going late. When I arrived the nail tech pointed out several times that I was late. She then rushed to do my nails. I asked for a design showed her pictures and she agreed. My nails looked like my kids took a marker and attempted to do a design. The design was messy, my nails and fingers had polish everywhere and she refused to clean then because she was in a rush to take another client that walked in after me. She continued to blame her inexperience on me being late. She was clearly getting upset so I let her finished and left. When I got home my husband saw my nails and pointed out the horrible job she done so I decided to go back but they were closing soon and asked me to go back the next day. 3 trips to the nail salon and I still didn't get the design I was charged for which was a simple French tip top and bottom. I will not go again for my own sanity.Services: Acrylic nails
I have been going to the owner Kenny for years. I have a gift card and went to someone different to use it up. I no longer want to go to this Salon since the owner has been rude and appears to care less about customer service or keeping a loyal customer. After talking to friends who are also customers who feel the same way, I was referred to go to Chau who was very friendly but a horrible nail tech! I was left with nail polish on my wrist, down the back of one finger and on the sides of two nails! AND she then charged me $2 more because my nails needed more work " whaaa??!! I was there just two weeks ago and the owner did my fill. What more work?! I had to rush out of their to meet a delivery at my house, otherwise I would have stayed longer so she could clean up HER "mess" I did take pics of all the polish on my hands which could clearly be seen by me and the Nail Tech. Also...just a little tip....if you are going to charge morefor what I feel was a bogus xtra charge then a heads up b4 hand is always good customer service. When this gift card is done...so am I. Over 15 years at this place...you would think?! I'm done!! Word of mouth goes a very long way. I am surprised as a business that has not been learned yet....but it will be soonService: Acrylic nails

I really love this place. There's only one person that does not seem to hear the customer's needs and her answer is, I know what I am doing, let me work. I just love the end result but..... we have to work on the attitude. I know we all have our days.... Listening is key...
This place is horrendous. My friend went there to get her prom nails done and she asked for a simple french tip and came out with the most ratchet nails i’ve ever seen. She also asked for light purple toes and got a blue. How is that possible. She ended up paying 80 dollars without tip! She needs a refund asap. So disappointed.
