Beautiful Smiles always takes care of my son with his dental procedures. I’ve been going for years and I’ve never been disappointed. All the personnel are professional and courteous. Easy to work with kids that are weary and scared. Ms. Kristina is the best!
First time at this dentist also first first time I spent over two hours in a dentist for cleaning. My eight year old had a cleaning appointment arrived 15 minutes before the appointment as requested and two hours later still inside the exam room waiting, not sure if she’s to walk out with golden teeth once it’s done. Despite some reviews I gave them the benefit of doubt because of a recommendation. That’s why I came to this place wow, something got to change no one have time to wait in a dentist chair for over two hours I have to really reconsider coming back to this place. It’s like no one respects your time and their clientele.
The customer service is great but the doctors are so slow, they really need more help. My child came in for a cleaning at 8:40am it’s now 9:38am I’m still sitting here and she’s done with cleaning but is waiting for doctors observation which should’ve been done after cleaning. She left my child in the chair for hours after cleaning. I’m ready to go. Only in black areas do these kind of issues occurs so sad.
Took my daughters in today for regular cleanings. The service was exceptional and really fast. The women that works there are really nice and has really great energy.
Wait time can be very long sometimes. Even if you arrive 15-20 minutes early. But the staff is always nice and help my kid not be so afraid of the noises or tools they use.
For any crowns on cavities or extractions the wait is too long between 3 to hours long. 9:30 am was my daughters appointment and was not sent to the back until 1:15pm. Long wait times are extremely uncomfortable plus you can plan any on that day if you have anything beyond done besides a 6 month check up you can get in and out quick. 6 month check up is 30 to 45 mins maybe it's just shorter time frames besides anything cravity wise. They are ok customer service they never answer the phone so I end up coming in to make the appointment unless someone is willing to make it when you there. Half of the time they say we will call you and they don't. Only time they will call is to remind you of your appointment. Besides that they never call to set up a appointment for follow-ups
Terrible! Beautiful smiles have not been the same since they moved from Cascade to MLK general dentistry. Whoever answering the phones need to be FIRED! Very unprofessional and ghetto! Definitely will be finding another place to go…
I really like this dentist office. Everyone is very kind and we never have to wait long. Location is very professional and calm atmosphere.
Great service, always welcome my child, fast and excellent service. Moreover, surprised my daughter with light up toys for being a super Beautiful Smile at MLK brave champion. Kudos to the staff
Don’t waste your time. I went here as a child and I’m 30 and it still looks the same. We were sat in a room and waited an hour. We left as it was a morning appointment and my son is a 1 y/o with a short attention span. Very slow service.
