Dr. Jackson is brilliant, compassionate, and a competent dentist. She gives her best work and individualized attention to all her clients. She has a beautiful dental facility and team of administrators, hygienists, dental techs., and assistants who provide the best customer service. They make you feel like a friend or family member, they know your needs, and remember things you share with them. They really do care, they listen, and follow-up promptly. Dr. Jackson you can trust with her strong patient-centered approach. She has high expectations for her staff and she models that. Dr. Jackson’s bar for excellence and comfort for clients is high! I’m glad my medical doctor referred me to her.

No matter where I live, I will always have residency in Atlanta hometown long as Dr. Montina Jackson is here to service my teeth and beautiful smile. It's like she does it with her eyes closed & the passion and care that follows is unmatched anywhere in this city. Trust me!! I've been to many dentists in the city and well.., you'll just have to take my word for it!!! And she works with those living with HIV like myself. Beautiful Spirit & dedicated to her people!!

OH MY GOODNESS. This was my best dental experience ever. I have never had an okay experience at any dental office. l am very anxious and can not lay back in the chair without feeling like I'm suffocating. I always cry and want to quit at the start, middle and end. I did Not cry and am surprised to say it was pleasant.Dr. Jackson and her staff made me feel very comfortable. The office was very sanitary. This is not my primary dentist but because I couldn't receive same day service I went to Dr. Jackson for an emergency and left very satisfied and cheesing again, straight to my car. You have made a new client!!

From the moment I 1st walked in the door, I was greeted with so much hospitality. There was barely NO wait for my appointment & they immediately began to work on my teeth as soon as I stepped into the dental room. I was educated clearly on my teeth. The entire staff was amazing.

Do not go here!! If I could give no stars I would. The dentist was obsessed with blood pressure though half the cuffs she uses do not work! No one in the office including the dentist knows how to take a manual blood pressure! Then when asking for a manual measurement the dentist became hostile and rude. Raising her voice and projecting my patient information all over the office for everyone to hear! Which is a HIPPA Violation. I’ve never been treated so badly in a medical office before. I will be reporting this mistreatment to the Board of Dental. Her unprofessionalism is unacceptable.

I have been seeing Dr. Jackson since 2013. Her staff is awesome. I recommend this place you will not regret it. I now can smile with confidence. Thank you Dr. Jackson.

The staff at Jackson Dental Center understands the meaning of superior customer service. I took my 86-year-old mother to Dr. Jackson for a new set of dentures. My mom was apprehensive because her last dental experience [at a different dentist] was not very pleasant; however, Dr. Jackson & Mr. Jackson [lab owner] greeted us with warmth and positivity. They spoke directly to my mom about the procedure [most doctors speak to me & ignore my mom] and eased any anxiety my mom was experiencing. The dentures are perfect, and my mom & I are impressed with the service and high level of professionalism. I recommend Jackson Dental Center 100%.
