A nice sized post office with clearly marked entrance and exit. I visited in a Saturday around 11a - and there was a bit of a line for the counter. Luckily for me, I just needed to drop off a package. This location also has PO Boxes and flat rate boxes. Friendly staff, too!
This is my favorite post office. I send out packages several times a week and I literally go out of my way to drive here instead of the Airway Rd location they are the worst. My packages are always scanned promptly when I drop them off and when I inquired about a package that I hadn’t received, the woman at the counter was very helpful and talked me through how to file a claim. Thank you for being amazing!
Don't be surprised when you go here as a customer and this location lives up to every stereotype and cliché. Last time I went there was a line almost out the door and one employee working the desk. I watched as other employees stood behind the counter, drinking coffee, talking and chuckling about how long the line is getting. As with most other USPS locations, it is far better to spend a few extra dollars and go to a FedEx store, or a UPS store, or similar.
I was extremely hesitant to make the trip to the Post Office due to the reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised. The employee was very kind and helpful. I was in and out quickly. Will definitely be back for any mailing needs!
No mail delivery for 4 days!! Tried calling washington post branch and no answers for 3 calls!!
I’m missing very important mail. We have a new face that’s been delivering out mail here lately every since we have not received our mail that has cards in it. Beware!!! This will be investigated by social security office and department of job and family services . I truly hope she isn’t stealing our mail

Lost my package. Called and it won’t even ring through. It’s just some weird noice. So I called the big office so they could tell them to call Me. For a month they would cancel my request on my missing mail and not contact me. It would be marked down as resolved in the computer the six or seven times I called. Had to make a formal complaint with USPS to even get it resolved in the Beavercreek office still never contacted me
Substitute carriers cannot or will not take time to find my mailbox that is under my front window instead of by the front door. Some are too lazy to leave packages on the big front porch.
The USPS Office in Beavercreek, Ohio is a nice-sized and fairly clean Post Office. They have inside mail boxes you can rent also. This place seems so short-staffed every time I go there and therefore, I have a very long wait most of the time at that Post Office. Overall, the staff there I deal with are decent for the most part except for one lady with a rude attitude. They better realize, without us customers buying/sending stuff using their services, they'd be out of a job.
