Sherry was incredibly rude and spoke down to me throughout my experience with the store. I called the number on the confirmation text for a curbside pickup, which she asked I hang up and use the app to get my order instead—despite the fact the confirmation text provides a number to call and the menu on that number states to press 6 for your curbside order. I explained I was picking up an order placed through a business from their office computer so I don’t have the app which I also provided the business name, the owner’s name, and my name because all three were on the order label on the bag to which her reply was to ask what location the order was for—which I then read the address on the confirmation text and she replied “I don’t know if that’s us but we are at that address.” How can you be at the address on the confirmation text but not be the store the order is at? She then asks what the item is, I let her know and she says she doesn’t have that item. Then somehow she finally finds the order she didn’t have and when at my car states “next time just come in and get your orders.” Why offer curbside and provide steps to follow to complete the order if you don’t want folks to utilize the service? Overall just incredibly taken aback by her immediate attitude and disdain for the job at which I’m assuming she chooses to work out of her own free will.
Ms.Verna was super sweet, pleasant, and friendly when I need to 250 copies made. She was happy to do my order. It was nice that we were able to talk for a few minutes while the copies were being made. She is just a lovely lady!
We submitted a printing job for blueprints. Team Member Verna waited on us - she exhibited the qualities that everyone hopes for in customer service, even when she was under pressure and heavily tasked: efficiency, etiquette, attention to detail and the customer’s needs. Five stars for this Office Depot.
Actually it is a 4.5 Star Rating. This location offers great customer service on the floor, from the printing area and at the registers. The manager Tyler is easy to work with and he really does want to help you find what you're looking for whether it's at their location or another. The reason it is not a 5 star rating is because they only had a floor model of the chair my husband researched to purchase there. Tyler gave great input on the differences in the chairs we liked and offered us a great discount for the floor model. I was also, super impressed with Jerrel's kind and professional customer service while checking us out that day. Make a point to stop in here if you're shopping local, it's good people doing good business on behalf of Office Depot.
The Staff at Office Depot are Customer Service Champions and are very skilled in copying and graphic arts to include accommodating customers with all of their office assistance and supply needs!
Asked the employee for help ordering some items and she told me to go online. If I wanted to do that, I would have. I will buy elsewhere. What's the point of having the store open if that is what you are going to tell your customers to do? Update: Ended up spending $350 elsewhere, thanks.
Verna in printing was extremely helpful and resourceful and making my business cards and flyers for flyers moving Dayton Ohio thank you Verna
Had them do some prints of my art and not only did it take them over 3 hours to do them when they said it would take 15, the prints are blurry and most likely will not sell. They did give a discount. I mean they could see them. They knew they were bad.
Always stop in here to make copies, scan images and print papers from my usb stick. Prices are good, machines are fast, and staff is ultra friendly if you need any assistance, also you can drop important papers for them to shred. Very nice place.
Wanted to get some print work done of about 35 copies, the person couldn't get it entered in the computer right and wanted to charge me $300 for 8 pages of colored copies with lamination. It was insane, I said your crazy, no way, wasted an hour of my time. They'd printed 7 copies, no lamination yet, I really didn't want them since they weren't laminated but I bought them anyhow. I paid them and left. Then I figured out I was overcharged for the 7 copies. I'll go to staples, instead.
