This place is great to bring kids. They have a good amount of games and it's all based on nickels. About 4 were out of service but the rest were good. There is also a little movie theater playing Elements right now. Prices are good compared to Regal. Lastly there is Laser tag which is always fun.
A great place to go with your family and have some fun, or just go by yourself, or with a date. Enjoy lots of games and win prizes for just a nickel a game. It is on the smaller side but nevertheless still fun.
Had a really fun time with my family. It’s a really cool family place for a good day out. Their food options could definitely use some upgrade though. Will definitely visit again.
I would love to give this place a better rating. But unfortunately I am having to write this review under incredibly unprofessional circumstances that occurred. We’ve been here many of times before to play laser tag. This time there was only a small group signed up including my 7 year old and myself. Before walking into the arena the Marshall said to another employee “I got to kick the birthday boy out”. The same little boy who was crying at their table. When we got into the arena the Marshall asked the other dad how old his son was because 5-6 year olds had to be with their parent at all times. While this may be a rule, we’ve been coming here since my son was 4 and we have never been told that and it was odd to me that he could not give a specific age or say anyone younger than 6. Then it all came to a head when he kicked my son out for running although he had not been running. I understand that the entire world is short staffed. As an employer I understand that more than most. However, having an employee who is intentionally kicking children out of the game and ruining the best part of their day is just disgusting.
Only the best place in the world! Staff are amazing, the kid has a blast for hours on 20 bucks, and the laser tag is awesome! I will support this place forever & always.
The kids had a ton of fun. The food/drinks are a bit pricey but close to normal for an arcade. We will definitely go back
Excellent place to take 5-12 year olds and kill a few hours for inexpensive cost. Clean, good service and some good arcade games! Lots of fun for families and people who like video games ADA accessable, including restrooms. Handicap parking is available, but parking lot is small.
Usually, I would rate of a higher star but really frustrated about how one of their workers were talking to me and then refused to serve me and got another person to come talk to me. Just because I asked to bring a drink in. I said could I please bring my bottled drink means i'm going to be just sitting in the sitting area. Girl was just really rude going above and beyond to be rude not the way you want to greeted would've left if my client wasn't super excited to be there. Gave me dirty looks whole time I was there! What the heck. Definitely going to a different location!!
Me and my friend have gone here twice now. To get a x5c drone. Is a great place to take a date, your kids, and your friends. Is very cheap and it has a lot of games that you can play. There's also laser tag, and there's also a movie theater there. The great place to throw like birthday parties. Is very clean. The prizes you might as well just go buy them at the store. Because you'll spend more money trying to burn the tickets for the prizes. So it's more about spending the time with the other person and everything. You definitely have to try out the laser tag, also the movie theater. Oh and for all y'all Pokemon go players there's a gym right there while you're there so you can actually play and take are the gym if at all or any raid bosses and stuff.
This place is great! Always a great time bringing my daughter here. Seems like we are coming on a weekly basis. My most recent trip, well right now since I type this as I sit here in the building, I unfortunately had a bad experience with an attendant by the name of Zander. I normally don’t allow my daughter to have junk food but when we come here I share a small ICEE with her once we finish up. I tried to order one, machine was down, not a problem. Things happen. I decided to get my daughter some popcorn. Well I changed my mind from a small kids combo to a small popcorn while ordering and Zander had already started scooping some popcorn into the combo basket. When the person helping me turned around to tell Zander that I had switched to a small popcorn. Zander sat there and started at me as if he was devastated that I was now switching to a small popcorn. He had this stare as if somehow this was going to be deducted off his paycheck. Not only did I order politely, but I was apologetic when I switched from combo to small as having worked customer service, understand that it’s not ideal for a customer to change their mind after verbalizing an item they want. I worked in customer service as a general manager of a restaurant for the last 7 years. Things happen, customers change their mind and without customers places cannot stay in business. I obviously understand annoyance of people changing their mind. The answer is not to give a death stare to a customer ordering a $3.50 cent popcorn but make the change and continue forward. This was 7/16/23 around 1:48ish PM. Anyways, for the most part every attendant here has always been great. Especially the attendant checking people in, they were great!
