Nancy was wonderful! If I could give her 10 stars I would! She was incredibly knowledgeable about the beds, listened to our needs and took the time to find the best deals they had in our price range. We ended up leaving there with a beautiful bed, for a killer deal. I would recommend anyone to Nancy at Beds for Less. She is the best! 10/10 experience.

I read some reviews before coming into the store and noted how many people were absolutely raving about this Nancy person. I was skeptical. I usually hate interacting with sales people. Nancy however is not a sales person, she is a people person and a damn good one at that.  The moment I walked I felt welcomed and not pressured. Nancy was awesome! After meandering around for a while and trying a different beds I decided on one and had it delivered.  As it turned out after sleeping on it a couple nights it was too firm for me. I was able to exchange it for a better mattress with no problems.  All in all it was a great experience!

First off, Nancy is a fantastic human! She made me feel like family and took away any stress of dealing with your typical "salesperson". She was knowledgeable in all aspects and had me laughing the whole time I was in the shop.  I'd highly recommend this place!  Thanks again Nancy! "OH YOU BETCHA!"

Nancy was amazing! We walked in, explained what we were looking for, and she was able to show us a piece of furniture that matched our needs perfectly AND it was for a great price. We chose Beds For Less because of their delivery service, but ended up not needing it because the furniture fit in my husband's car. Still, she gave us great tips for the next time we're looking for furniture. Love feeling like family when I walk into a store!

Nancy and Mike are great people! Warm welcome as soon I came in. No pressure to buy or leave like other location. Nancy is very great in getting to know what you need with just a few words of what you need. What stood out the most was the prices! Want a bargin deal? This is the place to be. From getting a full bedroom set to getting a pillow, Nancy has it. Thay take cash and credit and even finance and do layaway! Thank you  Nancy for helping my family in our needs. I'll make sure my family and friends know of this location for when they are I need of furniture and bedroom sets. Heads up to anyone reading this review... when to several location and this place has the best bargin deals and in stock merchandise. I would give this a place a try before you go anywhere else. You won't regret it.

If you have ever tried to find a short queen mattress that isn’t foam for your RV in the Rogue Valley you will connect with this. It was important to have a quality mattress that was firm to comfort aching bones and everywhere from Josephine county to Jackson had foam short queens and that’s it. Then we called Beds for Less because I wasn’t driving to another store, I received the most welcoming greeting from a woman named Nancy. I immediately stated my needs and that foam was not an option. In a second Nancy listed at least 3 mattresses she could get in short queen and two more possibles, then encouraged me to visit her store and told me the hours of operation. We drove there the second I hung up. As we walk in Nancy knows it’s me and already had three packets providing every detail including pricing of the top three she’d suggest based on our short phone conversation. She then walked us to those 3 and a 4th. I fell in love with #2. Nancy treated us like family, refused to complete a purchase until she received confirmation from her rep at the mattress supplier ensuring the short queen was possible. Nancy consistently communicated from the moment we left the store through the whole process of purchase and delivery. We’ve now had our bed almost a week and it was the perfect fit for our needs. If your are looking for quality service, honest prices and a wild ride with your new Auntie Nancy who provides the most genuine, quality and family level of service then please don’t be deterred by the appearance of this store front you should DEFINITELY go inside at the very least to meet Nancy to brighten your day.

Nancy is absolutely incredible! She is super friendly and when I told her my budget she somehow managed to find me a mattress that was exactly what I wanted and perfect for said budget. I would definitely come back here for another mattress, if you're looking for a new mattress or bed set this is most definitely the place to go.

I shopped around at our local businesses and found Beds for Less came in either below or the same price as every one else. I’m glad I can support the the local businesses. Nancy was very nice to work with a fun friendly personality, turn around time was quick and the delivery fee was very reasonable for a change!! Yes I will shop and recommend this store to my friends.
