Believe Fit is a unique Personal Training & Wellness Studio located on the North Causeway in New Smyrna Beach. We provide our clients with an alternative experience in fitness and wellness as we are not a health club or a gym. Services are in a private to semi-private setting that is non-intimidating, motivating and FUN!
At Believe Fit we have a holistic approach to fitness and are confident that the services we offer open the door to a lifetime of healthy habits. We BELIEVE that these healthy habits may not only “add years to your life, but quality to your years”.
Believe Fit offers a variety of effective ways to get you on track to a fit and healthy lifestyle. We offer One-on-One or Partner Personal Training, Corrective exercise programs, Wellness & Fitness workshops, Group Bootcamp classes which include: a weekly Bootcamp and a monthly donation-based Bootcamp class that benefits local charities within the community. Monthly team 5K run/walks; Whatever you choose, we are dedicated to help you achieve your goals!
