5am& 12:00pm class to Monday, Wednesday, Friday!
Saturday class9:am.

CrossFit Kids classes : 4:15pm

I dropped in for a week while in NSB for vacation. Staff and members were extremely welcoming and made me feel at home! I will definitely be back the next time I am in town.
Great atmosphere and community! I felt welcomed immediately! The owner was extremely accommodating and friendly. Love the facility and highly recommend anyone in the area check them out.
Dropped in while on vacation. Coach Stacy was extremely friendly and helpful. She even offered to judge 23.2 for us. The outdoor rig was super cool as well.
Great gym! Awesome box with everything you need, with an indoor and outdoor area. They have great coaches and a welcoming community, and the music is always on point. Definitely the best CrossFit prices you will find in the area, plus they offer a military discount. You can try your first week for free!
Best CF box in the area. Jimmy is an amazing owner, very personable and results driven coach. Fellow members treat you like family in every sense of the word. They push you to tap into your inner strength along with encourage you to drive past your limits. Highly recommend..

Friendly environment, great coaches and great programming.
While the gym may be great to some of you, my experience as a neighbor is not. Every morning at 5am myself and my two year old are woken up to the loud bass of this place blasting music. I have walked over there and explained that I have a baby. There is just no respect for the neighborhood they are around. Move somewhere where you can blast your music!
The best CF Box, Outside space it's simply awesome
Jimmy and team are always great hosts at this box when my wife and I drop in. It’s always a pleasure.
