You get the results for the effort you put into it. Took the DWI education class which I thought was gonna be a boring 3 evening class but the three days went by super quick. Larry was very informative and made the class ver relevant and not boring at all. Utilizing his services for counseling as well and again he has surpassed expectations and has greatly helped with my sobriety. If you truly want to turn things around then he can definitely help you!

For it to be my first time attending a class here, I enjoyed part of it. From being greeted by Miss. Peters to Mr. Bell’s counseling and teaching techniques, everything went very smooth and I felt welcomed. Learned a lot not only about myself but got to meet other incredible people in the class that was going through similar experiences as me. Definitely recommend people that need or want counseling to attend Mr. Bell’s Counseling Services.

While I had high hopes for this counseling service for my child it was subpar at best. I have been patient to write this review due to trying to garner adequate help for a troubled teen. This counseling service may be better suited for addicts or grown adults that are wanting to get treatment for addictions and not troubled youth. Although I am a nurse and understand the repercussions of not medicating a child, after talking with Larry and the other woman counselor that Larry referred my daughter to, my words fell on deaf ears and was reported to CPS by this counseling service. My daughters psychiatrist even changed the prescriptions that was ordered by a doctor that does not regularly see her and stated that the prescription she was ordered was not what is typically ordered for her type of care so that may have been a reason of the uptick of aggression, hence the reason of not giving her medication that she actually threw in the toilet herself because she refused to take it and this was explained to both of these counselors. So it seems if you need help with your child instead of trying to work with parents they are ready to report you on issues that do not benefit the family dynamics. Beware if you have a teen that needs help as this place may not benefit your child. Good luck with your search. Also, as I am a mandatory reporter due to my profession just like them, I find it hard to believe that we have protective institutions like CPS and APS yet we don’t have any protection for parents against unruly children that use maladaptive coping skills to lash out . By the way, her meds that were in question were immediately stopped due to the wrong medication being prescribed and the behavior diminished. My car door is also fixed and I am glad for that as well.

So far it has been an uplifting experience going to counseling at Bell Counseling. Larry is very personable and realistic which I appreciate. I look forward to my weekly classes. The receptionist is also a pleasure and has a very friendly attitude.

Much love, respect, gratitude, and thanks to JoAnna, Larry and Gerald. I completed the MRT program and now have a brand new, sober way of living the rest of my life. Without this program, I can honestly say, I do not think I would have made it another year. To anyone, of any age, struggling with an addiction, I HIGHLY recommend signing up for this class. They told me they would change the way I think by changing my brain. And it worked. If ur worried about the cost, don't be. Ask urself this... What is your life worth???
