DO NOT GO HERE. HARD TO CONTACT. DOCTOR IS UNTRUSTWORTHY AND LAZY. thought it was weird. The doctor had no idea how to test for strep. Gave me medicine and when I ran out I never got refills. I called them and they said they were going to but never did. 2nd time same thing. What a nightmare.
Called 4 times in 3 days to schedule an appointment, no answer any of the 4 times. Left a voicemail, received no call back after multiple days of waiting. So I drove there and set up an appointment for the next day for a facetime appointment. Waited all day and they never called me! It's been 3 days since and haven't heard a word from them. Time to find a new clinic.
My name is Amber Clark, I just really wanted to take time to leave a review for Today Clinic. I think more often then not, people make reviews based on merely bad experiences. Well, this facility is deserving of a great review IMO. Dr. Choi has been so great from the first time I came in. She is patient, kind, and knowledgeable, and above all, she actually CARES about you. Her nurse whom I do not know her name is also very gentle and kind. This place makes me not want to hesitate to keep up with my health. They are a real god-send, especially to people who are self pay. These people will treat you well, and I am so thankful that I found them.
I decided to try this clinic since I do not currently have health insurance. I had a great experience. The clinic is very clean and up-to-date. The staff was very nice and professional. I didn’t wait long. I received great care from the Nurse Practitioner. I felt I received equal if not better care to than I have received at larger Dr’s offices when I have had insurance. I would definitely recommend them.
I took my mom to the clinic and we had the best experience. There were no people waiting when we got there and we had to fill out only one page of her medical history. The nurse listened to us and addressed all the symptoms my mom was concerned about. Her assessment of my mom's condition and the prescribed medication was adequate and my mom healed within a week of our visit. The service is very affordable at $79 for basic visit without insurance.
I’ve been to quite a few urgent cares in DFW. I’m used to being charged $200+ and being treated like I’m just an inconvenience that the staff just wants to rush in and out with no true regard for my issue. At Today Clinic there was a bit of a wait with the pandemic and the long line, I get it, but it was worth it. Dr. Jenny forgot last name really seemed genuine about her concerns and cared about my issue. Instead of the usual “here’s your prescription now get out”, she also gave me a lot of advice and recommendations to solve my problem. The visit itself was fast, but not rushed. Everything that needed to be done got done in a pleasant, timely manner. Better care than any other urgent care in the area for a much lower price. $79 without insurance. Highly, highly recommended.
I have been going to the Today Clinic for years. Can't say enough good about them, actually! Dr. Cauthen and his staff are excellent: they take the time to patiently explain things, with a level of care I just have not found elsewhere. I know that they are here serving people in this clinic because they really are about helping others--this is reflected in their very reasonable pricing too. Also, I like that they are open seven 7 days a week and the wait is a lot less than other places. The atmosphere in this clinic is very upbeat and positive, genuinely caring, professional. What a rare combination these days!! I have, and will continue, to highly recommend them to anyone who needs the best of the best when it comes to treatment and care 7 days a week .
Our family is currently treading the waters of self insured. Our son has been sick the last 3-4 days. We drove in from Dallas to this clinic that our family has used before. Kirsten Ruiz PA treated and cared for our son. Y’all I’ve gotta let you know she is an angel! She not only treated him, she took her time and educated me. She also printed out coupons and found the cheapest pharmacy for the prescriptions he needed! Amazing care and service!! Love them!!
Had appointment scheduled for 3:00 waited over 30 minutes and the building remained locked the entire time. Tried calling and emailing with no response. You guys sent me a confirmation of the appointment, and then no showed your patient.
Great Clinic! Receptionist is professional and extremely attentive to your needs or concerns. Doctor and Nurse Practitioner go above and beyond to make sure all your questions and concerns are taken care of. Also, the prices for the office visit are affordable. This is a small clinic that strives to help their community by giving exceptional medical care at affordable prices.
