The receptionist Candi is very rude. I have never been treated so badly over the phone. She got all snippy because I was not sure if they sent a message before I called back which they did not. Then said I sounded unsure of my birthday. I had to request a different receptionist. Only reason they get 4 stars is because the other receptionists are great,

I have chronic health problems and have seen many providers. Stephen Young is by far the best provider I have seen and one of the only people I trust with my health care. He is very compassionate and thorough. I have no problem traveling close to 100 miles just to see Stephen. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.
1 year ago today, Tangerine Dupuis made sure to belittle me by mocking my choices. At the time vaccines weren’t mandated, and I wasn’t sure about them. My normal doctor is Dr. Peterson, she’s great and she listens. During an emergent gyn visit I was scheduled with Dupuis. While i was physically vulnerable, she tried to guilt me and my choices regarding the vaccine. she was relentless and did not understand that she was over stepping so many boundaries with someone she does not know. she even continued the conversation as to “why i was being selfish and ignorant” about what i do with my body WHILE I WAS HALF DRESSED AND SHE HELD THE DOOR OPEN. She is so disgraceful and I should have said something then so something could have been done about it immediately, but I was so shocked I wanted to leave. She is a disgusting practitioner and I shouldn’t have trusted her with my body.

I've been going here for years. Initially, I saw Dr. Dupuis and once I felt offended by her remarks on my personal life I began seeing Steven Young. He is the PA under her but he listens to all of my concerns. His nurse is very sweet, too. I really respect his knowledge and the fact that he doesn't place his own opinions and advice above the patient. I feel like he really listens to me well.
After Dr Keeker left, the care at Bellin Health Escanaba is a horrible. The P.A.'s do not listen to neurologists directions, they do not listen to the patients & you can't even see a Dr. If you have any type of chronic issue like migraines, etc, then look elsewhere for care.
The front desk girl Jenna was extremely rude to me. Gave me attitude for no reason. Was a few minutes late since I just drove 7 hours to get here. My doctor is great but I strongly suggest they get rid of this front desk girl. Since I have depression and anxiety I didn’t need her attitude towards me. I came in smiling now I’m very upset. She treated me with such disrespect I truly wanted to knock her on her butt. Luckily I controlled my attitude unlike she did.
You have to make appointment after appointment, med check? then a $260 "office visit" charge for each appointment is submitted to insurance if you are fortunate enough to have ins. plus your balance of a co-pay. I do like my provider, I've seen her for years, it's just the silly requirements Bellin thrusts upon you.
A couple doctors here live "in a bubble" away from reality. The majority are great however. The nurses are friendly and helpful, always giving out a smile. I recommend Bellin Health Escanaba with an 7/10.
