Bemidji Slurp Ramen

I ordered Chirashi, and I didn't like it that much. The fish were pretty thin and not as good as I expected. Also ordered takoyaki, it is pretty nice. The atmosphere is alright. But the floor is a bit sticky. The service is pretty good. Overall, it is okay in a small town.

Highly recommend! Amazing, fast service. We had absolutely delicious sushi, ramen & takoyaki & bubble teas. Everything was great! Best sushi I've had in years!

Placed an online order for the Pho soup. It was fantastic!! The flavors were incredible! I will definitely be coming back for more.

Wow! Wasabi was a great stop for lunch, fast, presentation was phenomenal only to be outdone by the flavor! Fantastic and will likely be a weekly stop at least.

Not a lot of food choices by Cass Lake, was told to head into town. Was thinking to try ramen but I didn't see on menu. Turns out it is a separate entity? I ordered items I have eaten before at Korean restaurants. You get 3 bonchon wings for $9, staffer mentioned 3 to 5 depending on weight. They were different than expected, but good. My entree, the beef bulgogi, on the other hand was probably the worse I have ever had. The beef was "tender" to the point it was like eating a paste. The flavor was so salty, that even eating it with the rice could not make it enjoyable. Had to throw it out and get something else. Expensive for take out of one, over $25 for what I got. Small thing, but i am in town for business and they didn't include a receipt in my order. Luckily, I charged.

I had a few different rolls and all of them were amazing! My favourite was the mango roll. Fresh sushi and so tasty! Service was great and quick. Staff were super friendly and attentive. Will definitely be going back when in town next!Food: 5/5

I never knew about this place until a friend took me here. My husband ordered a bowl of Ramen and I ordered the 2 Sushi roll deal Philadelphia & 911 and then we split the Cheese Roll. All their food was DELICIOUS!! And I am so happy to have found out we have a Sushi restaurant in town. I would also like to mention, their food is very filling. Also the waitress we had is such a nice woman, and even when it was busy, she was always there to keep our water filled. If you have a little extra money and like Sushi/Ramen definitely check this place out!! Vegetarian options: They offer a Vegetarian Sushi and Ramen bowl.

Honestly, I love the food here and have always had great service, but one of my absolute favorite things in life is boba and it makes me so sad that the last three attempts to enjoy it here were awful. And I mean awful. The flavors of the teas are great but the execution on the boba is so disappointing. They should be chewy and gelatinous in texture but what I got today, they actually crumbled into sludge. I order raw boba and cook it myself so trust me, I understand how much work goes into making it and how frustrating it is that boba is really only good for a couple hours. This is how I know that the texture I bought today was at least 2-3 days old! Honestly, from a boba-lover, please just don’t serve boba if you can’t show this town how great it can be.
