One of the worst outpatient experiences of my life. The front desk staff is unprofessional, rude, and does not have an understanding, or respect, of HIPPA protocols. Staff manning the desk were arguing with each other rather than checking in a patient. Experiences at this office prior to this were tolerable but after today, I will be going elsewhere. I actually was able to use the hour long wait-time for this appointment to research and set up an appointment with a new dermatologist.

Absolutely the WORST office staff. They messed up the day of my first appointment, so I had to wait two hours to be seen. During which time I watched an older man wait 1 &1/2 hours past his appointment time to get a few stitches removed, eventually he left, & they didn't care. Almost everyone in there was an hour past their appointment time. My insurance company sent them paperwork that had to be responded to within 14 days, which was not done, which delayed my treatment for 6 months. One of the secretaries called to confirm my next appointment and treated me like I was a complete idiot. She was very rude and disrespectful. I think they over book appointments and make patients wait just because they are money grubbers and want extra $.

Really enjoy the customer service here. The doctors and staff is so friendly. Would recommend this place to anybody.
