Terrible, terrible office . They won't call you back , they won't refill your prescriptions , they won't answer the doctor's call , they'll take up to the hour to send your referral. I've never met such an aweful staff imu life. And I know many others that left this office. Franchesca mattoccia

I’m very disappointed in the service by the front desk and especially the billing. Dr Busillo is great, but I now have to look for a new doctor because his staff failed him. The past 2 years they have screwed up my billing, using wrong codes for a yearly visit, trying to get a hold of them to fix it is impossible. When I was actually able to get through to the front desk because I hit the doctor line, the women I spoke to said I would have to bring the bill in the office, I would not be able to speak to or leave a message for the billing department then when I took time out of my day to drop off the bill she told me someone would call me back ‍Which they never did…I had to go through my husbands Union to help me get the bill fixed, NOT ACCEPTABLE, I will never go back!!!

One star for front desk. Five stars for Dr Busillo. The people at the front desk are rude and unprofessional. They get a zero rating. Also they rarely If ever answer the phone. And sometimes for medicine or appointments it's necessary to go in the office. If it was a competent staff it would get five stars.

Horrible Service. Do Not Recommend. Incompetent staff and doctor. Saw Nicholas on a follow up from a Patient First Visit on a work related injury. Staff was rude and uncooperative. Trying to get a referral was a nightmare. Nicholas attention to detail is so poor. Documentation I was provided with did not even consist of details from visitation.

Impossible to get in contact with this office. Extended hold times leads to a voicemail box that clearly is not checked. I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment for weeks. Occasionally you get an operator who will take a message for the office but they still do not return your calls. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. The only reason they get a star is because I like the actual doctor. He needs to replace the office staff though.

Dr Busillo is amazing and gets 5 stars. Front desk is the reason for this review. I bring my father here and can’t get thru front desk to get any answers. Prescription refills are impossible, my pharmacy even tried electronic refill but no response.

While Dr. Busillo seems very nice , the people at the front desk are not very nice people . They tell you they’ll return your call & they never do . You ask questions and they really never give you a straight answer. If it wasn’t for my insurance situation I’d more than likely be at another doctor

I've been coming here for a few years now to be honest while Nick Busillo and a few of the nurses are friendly, the receptionist person seems rude and I have been placed on hold several times which can last all day but I'm up to date on my vaccinations and everything just wish someone could answer the phone

I can't get my prescriptions filled on time, and have spent days trying to get through on the phone. I literally was on hold for two hours, and then was kicked out of the que. I need to get an important script right now that ran out more that a week and a half ago.

Dr Busillo was my PCP for 15 years while I was in Philly! Good doctor with competent support staff.
