Delicious salmon and sushi tonight! I recommend always making a reservation for this location about 2 days in advance. Front desk staff is not usually nice- just a heads up. Do not miss the onion soup! The chicken was a bit overcooked and we had to wait about 25min after our reservation time.
The atmosphere was good, the stuffs were nice the chef cooked was also very friendly. The steak we order didn’t meet my expectations but that’s does not mean it was bad, I just didn’t like it.Food: 4/5
The main food was good, and we enjoyed watching the chefs work their magic. We went there to celebrate a birthday, as did many other people that night, and they will sing to you, bring you a dessert, and take a picture, which was a lovely souvenir from the night. I think they may have been understaffed or overbooked. We had a reservation for 645, got taken back to our table around 7, and the chef did not come to cook the food until about 8. I was starving whilst waiting. They brought out soup and salad while we waited, but after bringing out the soup, they did not bring the salad out for over half an hour later. I also did not really enjoy the onion soup or the ginger dressing, which I found to be too tangy, but I ate them anyhow because I was so hungry! The main courses were delicious, though, especially the larger shrimp and the steak with their teriyaki sauce. Overall, there were some things that were not great and some things that were, but it was still a nice night out regardless. Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome there and they even have fun chef hats for the kids to wear.
Food was good. But it was a bit salty because there’s a overwhelming taste of soy sauce. Overall it was a good experience
My sister invited us to this restaurant for her 18th birthday. When we got there we waited a while to be seated because the rest of our party was late. Once they got there, we got seated right away along with another couple. My mom wasn't too happy because the other people had to sit with us. I told her to calm down, we are a party of 6, not 8. That's why we had strangers sitting with us. Let me be honest, Benihana is not my scenery, the place was too loud, and the whole cooking in front of me is not my cup of tea. The food was okay, "my sister loved her sushi dish tho" She said she loved it, but her face tells a different story lol When I left I smelled like food and it was not pleasant. I had to take another shower right when I got home. If someone cooking in front of you is your thing, then I highly recommend going there. If not, don't try it because you'll be very uncomfortable.
Classic flat iron Japan fusion preparedness. Fun for the whole family. It's going to end up being pricey, but worth it if that's what you're expecting. Kid-friendliness: Geared towards entertainment for the whole family
Such a fun place and a great experience! The chefs are fun and keep you guessing on what they are doing! The food was great too! Overall a great family and date night spot!Food: 5/5
Been to a number of similar hibachi restaurants and maybe because it was a Monday early crowd just didn't impress us. Lacking the entertainment and shock factor we expected. Suppose this depends on your chef and how engaging they are. The Food was amazing, that much butter and prime ingredients what's not to like. Went for a ten year old's birthday, he said he wanted to return for his next birthday party.
Food was super yummy but poor service: 1. chef did a great job cooking but did not put on any sort of show - which is kinda the point for the expensive Benihana outing 2. started cleaning while we were eating and dumped half my kids steak into the dirty plate pile of dishes - ignoring us while asking for a to-go box It's hit or miss. Food has always been good but sometimes service has been great with a great show and sometimes very neglectful service, like our last outing. Will probably return for a special event or something but otherwise not worth it.
Service and food were good. The hibachi chef was trying to entertain, but the people sitting around weren't having it. I guess you can be amazed by the same tricks only so many times. I'm giving 3 stars based on cleanliness. All tables, including ours, were greasy and dirty. Including under and over the hibachi grill. Decor looks dated.
