The handful of times I have been at this location. Federal Way was really good. The gentleman who just moved from Texas was Super knowledgeable and his partner was too. The guy who helped me after him. My next day was also very helpful and very nice. Granted the second time I went in. There was later in the evening. It was hard to find help but once I did it was a great experience.

I ordered using a third-party app for pickup. It came to the pickup location and the employee seemed clueless. He was happy to help, and we eventually found my product no help to their computer system. I was in and out within a few minutes and happy with my purchase.

I came in to buy an electric bike but they won’t let you check the seat height - the supervisor said “unfortunately you can’t sit on the bike to see what f it fits you, but I can find out how high it is” in a dismissive tone. They had to call her to come out and help so maybe she was not happy to have to come out to the floor. I can do that myself on your website. I was willing to spend $1000 for a bike but the quality of service I got from a supervisor changed my mind. Going somewhere else where my business is appreciated.

Overall lackluster experience. Not great, not terrible just very… mid. Unless you’re in the market for a TV or popular smart device, you’ll have slim pickings and questionable organization. Ended up shopping elsewhere for our home audio system.

They seem to be short staffed. The front desk phoned someone to come help me and my wife grab something high up on a shelf. I went back to my wife and waited about 10 minutes before another employee walked buy. I was able to flag him down and he came to help us out. He was a very nice young man. So they get one gold star back.

Nick F was great. What he wasn't sure of he immediately found the answer and was usually right. He also arranged a purchase for us in Hawaii since the item could not be shipped. He saw us waiting and told us he would be right with us. An exceptional employee.

Had to go out to Fed Way's BB to pick up an order. This store seemed smaller, but somewhat nicer than the one in Tukwila. My order was ready for me when I got there which was a nice change of pace.

Great experience at the Federal Way Best Buy purchasing my gaming laptop. I walked into the store and went straight to the computer section and was greeted within 5 minutes by a store associate. Five minutes later I walked out with my desired laptop and 1 accessory. No other store within 40-50 miles had it for immediate pickup. I would definitely recommend this store.
