They had over three dead betta fish for sale on the floor and more than half living in murky water nearly dead. This is animal cruelty and they need to start taking better care of their animals.

I came in on Thursday morning, 9/7/23. I believe it was amber who helped me, a wonderful woman working the cashier. I was not in the best of moods and she was so uplifting and light hearted. She answered all my questions and just made the store seem like a brighter place. This will def make a loyal customer.

High scores because of Melissa. We left another place because the groomer said the dogs were a bit nippy. We have one shy dog and one very anxious dog. We read good reviews about Petco, and asked the one scheduling who would be good with our dogs. They told us Melissa. And they were right. She manages both dogs with ease. She has a calm demeanor which we believe may help. She takes notes about how we want their cuts, and they look and smell amazing; in a timely fashion. Melissa is moving from one Petco to another, and we will follow her. We recommend her unreservedly!

I got my Longnose Butterfly saltwater fish from this location and the fish had a disease. It had Columnaris, a bacteria that consumed my fish just 2 days after buying it. It started out as a white patch the day after purchase and ate through the flesh. Now I have to medicate my whole tank with my other fishes and invertebrates. I called and notified them but they don’t accept return or exchange on any of their saltwater fish since they don’t have a quarantine tank for them. One of the sales guy in aquatics told me too that when they get a fish from shipment, they add them right away all together for sale in the tank and to be sold right away. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for saltwater fishes or invertebrates if you’re going to buy.

Please do us all a favor and update your hours online. It’s not hard just update it. This causes a lot of grief for all your employees who have to deal with angry people who are misinformed because management hasn’t updated hours since they changed with COVID. Get on it.

The employees at Petco are just really nice and helpful! They are happy to check if any discounts or coupons are available. I like shopping at Petco

This petco location was much better than the last one I visited. I was greeted and asked if I needed help more than once. The fish were lively and the store seemed to be in better shape. They however still don't carry grizzly hip and joint supplements or CBD so I likely won't be coming here for my essential food products. They do have a great selection on treats and toys that I use so I will come back for that if I'm in the area.

Nichole was horrible. She is a groomer and when I had gone to pick up my dog I couldn’t believe it was my dog. She did a terrible job and left little cuts all over my baby then has the audacity to start screaming and yelling in my face when I confronted her about this. I suggest Petco fire her immediately if they don’t want further repercussions taken.

Went in to adopt two male cats that were dumped off over the weekend, only to be told that they were not available. However, a colleague of mine was told that they were up for adoption free of charge because they were dumped! So instead of allowing two beautiful cats to be given a loving home they will now be sent to an over crowed shelter where they will inevitably be euthanized! When I asked why my friend was given the option to adopt them and I was not, there was no reason. These poor kitties!
