I spent quite a bit of time in the appliance department. They seem to have good pricing on the refrigerators. Not much in stock, but it was much easier to understand the products in store then it was online. They answered my questions about warranty and service. We always select geek squad extended warranties on everything we purchase at Best Buy. I understand it is difficult right now to find appliances and the waitlist can be very long. Best Buy will find you the product you need, provide reliable estimate for delivery, show up at your house with the appliance and accessories needed. We sincerely appreciate their knowledge and assistance.
As a Total Tech Member, you get great deals and discounts on all your purchases. I had a complete car audio overhaul and it sounded amazing. I've bought my TV, Sound bar, XBOX Series X, car audio install, and most recently got a great deal on Weather Tech floor liners for my car. Everything that I've purchased at Best Buy has been great! The staff are always there to greet you and answer any questions you may have. I love this place!
Returned a printer I'd recently purchased to exchange for one better suited to my needs. It took 15 minutes to find an associate who could help me choose new printer. Other than not enough help available it was a good experience. Sales staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
It has a fun selection of electronics. Great help! What it needs to improve, would be a small waiting area for any repair, screen covers, or attachments they do for you. One guy sat on the shelf, my daughter sat on the floor while we waited. Just a little uncomfortable waiting for 10-20 minutes. To be honest.
Often times when asking employees for details about specific hardware, they cannot offer detailed answers to my questions. An example would be when I needed to purchase a laptop that would accept an NVMe drive of high capacity as an upgrade option I would perform myself. Not a single employee in the store or in the geek squad could give me a definitive answer on how the m.2 slot on board was keyed, so I couldn't make an educated purchase while being charged a premium, of course. I was told I'd need to purchase the computer, take it home and disassemble it to find out, which would prevent me from ever returning it if there was a tamper-proof sticker placed in the way of removing the bottom case, effectively making it impossible to know how the slot was keyed without rolling the dice on it. Completely unacceptable for a multi-thousand dollar purchase on professional grade equipment.
These Medford guys are excellent at service. Great recommendations from experienced staff helped us make our decisions on long-term purchases. I honestly just wish our experience with the credit card went smoother. That last line has more to do with the Best Buy corporate offices than this location.
I asked 3 people for help, Nobody came. Then they help the guy behind me, honestly not a big deal things are crazy!!! But then he comes and helps me, just to find out that the store is out of the product I came for. I asked if he knew if anything else is compatible. He just said that’s all we have, didn’t bother looking it up or asking for help. I stood in line again, told them that I need help. Nobody came. Honestly Best Buy is not for me, I’ll stick to anything but Best Buy. Medford store - 4-5 pm -11/24- no service for customers.
Visited on a Tuesday afternoon, it wasn't busy, everything was organized. I basically knew what I wanted but looked around a bit anyway. When I was ready, I found help for the product I wanted and they thankfully had 1 more left. All in all, a nice experience.
I spent 30 minutes in this store looking at TVs, found the one I wanted, brought it up, only to be surprised by an incorrect price. Anywhere else I would go they would just honor the price, but instead the manager was instantly rude, and argumentative. If you won’t honor your prices I will make sure EVERYBODY knows how you operate, so they will never have to experience what I just did. Best Buy obviously hates their customers, and I hope anybody who reads this saves themselves the hassle.
Found what we needed. Nice staff. Went in today to get our daughter a apple watch. The gentleman that helped us was helpful and so nice. 11/14/22 bought a new vacuum cleaner.
