What happened to this store? Yes, the pandemic caused supply chain issues, but this is crazy. Sadly, it’s like this every time I go in. I recently shopped electronics stores in the DFW area including a Best Buy and they didn’t look anything like this store. It looks like they are running a “going out of business” sale. This location is also dirty and rundown and of course the selection is worse than bad. It won’t be long before these guys shut their doors for good. People don’t want to shop in places like this. Greeting at the door? Forget about it. They just stare at you. What’s the point of shopping at a store with poor service and selection? It’s definitely not the Best Buy we used to have.

I went looking for a video adapter. I asked a young lady an associate for help as I just had back surgery and I could not bend over to see things on the shelf and she just pointed and said they are over there on those shelves. Needless to say I had to ask someone else and a young man helped me out. This store has consistently been known for poor service as I have experienced a few times before. On the other hand I have had on occasion very good service. It is hit and miss.

Had a small problem with our tablet, so we went to the service desk, and we were seen in less than 5 minutes. Great service. Thorough and friendly. Took his time to explain things and even helped with my wife's phone.

Pushed to apply for a card, but denied which puts a hit on your credit score. Funny thing is we went ahead and bought the $1,400 laptop we came there for on a credit card. We have very good credit score, carry no balances month-to-month, and have 3 checking accounts and 3 savings account at different banks in addition to 3 major credit cards. So whatever the criteria is seems to be random.

Purchased a washer and dryer and 85" tv a sous vide and a vacuum sealer ! Matched every price u found lower! Great warranty for all devices was pretty cheap considering the 2k I spent. Love bestbuy best prices and they back up their sales with replacement or refund.

I had a great experience. I walked into the store, had an associate ask if I needed help and within 5 minutes found what I needed and checked out. Great associates.

The store's layout is confusing and intimidating. It may have looked good on paper, but in practice it's horrible. I couldn't even start to figure out where to look for what I wanted a phone holder for my car. Worse, many shelves were entirely bare. Not only did they not fill the empty shelf space when something sold out, they actually cleared entire shelves and put everything on them "in a secured location". What good is that? I go to stores like Bestbuy when I want to actually see, feel and hold the products I intend to buy instead of looking at a picture online and hoping I have the right impression, which means locking your stock in a vault somewhere means I can't actually SHOP, and completely defeats the purpose of having a store in the first place. So, if the crime problem is really that bad, you should probably just go out of business. I added a second star because my visit was made much nicer, and shorter, by polite and helpful employees that quickly helped me to figure out they didn't have exactly the kind of phone holder I wanted so I could get out of that sad, stressful place as fast as possible.

Everytime i go here they don't have what I need. Corporate store with no control over what happens. SD cards, camera lenses, camera equipment, don't bother going here. I also tried ordering something online from them and 2 days later they canceled my order. Lenses are hard to come by right now but "out of stock" is an option to put on your website too. Haven't tried shopping for anything else at this store. It does seem like they have a nice AT&T store with a big selection of cell phone cases to choose from this is true but also a joke because this is their best technology.

We have had good luck dealing with departments and personnel in the Amarillo store but if you have to call any number listed on the web site you will quickly learn there is no way to call the Amarillo store. The same goes for the Geek Squad number, not worth the trouble.

Samsung lady could not resolve my phone issue. She was curious more than anything. She helped me find a few things. Guy in aplliances was more than willing to sell me a ninja but constantly out of stock. Always nice at the door. Clean restrooms.
