Don’t wast your money. Tech came in spent 20 minute to fix 5 problems quickly left. Nothing got fixed. 85.00 wasted
I dropped my computer off to get repaired, about a week later I got an update that it is fixed and ready to pick up but when I get there, they tell me they can't fix it. The reason they gave me was that "since this was a pre-built computer and the motherboard was pre installed, they didn't know how to fix it." Need I say that I bought the computer and their upgraded parts from the exact same best buy, just this last summer. During the drop off they charged me $200+ to get it fixed but end up not lifting a finger to fix the very problem that I payed them to fix. The only thing geek squad is useful for is if you don't know how to upload your photos, and for senior citizens that need assistance on how to use they're tech. I will rather shoot myself in the foot than to ever hand my equipment over to geek squad to "fix" something ever again. The workers don't know what they're doing. It is as if you stick a white collared shirt on someone and that automatically, makes them a genius. I will never pay for their services again
My experience with the GEEK SQAD has been FRUSTRATING AND HURTFUL. I have canceled my account over a year ago, and they are still drafting money out of one of my accounts EVEN The website and phone calls were futile. They are unreachable without large waiting times and you cannot count on your cancellation made online. Additionally ITS NOT USER-FRIENDLY when I used there site CONFUSING and again FRUSTRATING. I lost time and money disputing the charges. The computer I bought from BESY BUY CEASHED in its first year and 4 STARS IS INACCURATE at best!
They couldn't repair my phone because I didn't purchase it with them.
Disappointed. Stopped by to see if they could repair my cell phone, but they only repair iPhones.

Awful customer service when trying to get a TV fixed through a warranty. No communication and no one cares.
I am going to get my iPhone 7 repaired does anyone no if it’s a good place to get it repaired
