The associate ignored me when I asked him for help. He finally acknowledged me. As my wife was paying for the camera, I asked about the warranty, since he hadn't. Thankfully I was able to pull the card out and have him enter my name in so I could apply a warranty to the item. He said if it had gone through, I wouldn't be able to. If you need to go to Best Buy, go to another location

Customer service was good! Clearly they have a really bad mold growth problem. You can see it growing around all the vents and smell it in the air. As someone that is super sensitive to mold I had to walk out. They are putting employees health at risk for sure!!

I went in to purchase a GoPro Hero 11 Black when it was new. The female manager would not honor the price match as stated over the phone prior to my arrival. I reported her to corporate, I think if I was a white guy she would have honored the price match. She seems prejudice!
I like Best Buy but salesperson at 2 locations didn't know much about Square POS systems. Ended up buying on Prime.
Recycling a TV, it was a breeze. Customer service was very helpful. The fee of $29.99 seemed reasonable. Just drive up, and they remove it.
