I upgraded a phone here. I had to be at an appointment and the sales person said not to worry, he would take care of everything and the new phone would be ready when I returned. He was right. I showed up and he had my new phone in a bag all ready to go. What I didn't know until a month later was that he changed my plan and added a bunch of features I did not request nor knew about until my new bill showed up $80 over what I normally pay. I contacted Verizon customer service and they said they would put it back to what I had. What I didn't know was that they were just giving me a credit. I'm on bill #2 now and they are still over charging me. I called customer service again and this time they said since it's been over 30 days they cannot change my plan back even though I talked to them over 30 days ago. I would be very aware of the undisclosed upselling at this store. It's a nightmare to try to get it corrected once they change it. I'm sure he got a nice commission out of it. In the meantime, I'll be checking out AT&T.
Jonathan was very helpful. His customer service was excellent and I felt very comfortable with him I had a problem no one else could help me with and he resolved it in less than 5 minutes. Thank you Jonathan
I stopped into this store to transfer my account to Verizon. Although I ended up experiencing a problem with my old provider that made this a very slow transaction, the staff at Verizon - Sean and the manager, Whitney - were incredibly helpful and patient. Excellent customer service!
I visited this store on Friday 5/26/23 looking to upgrade to an iPhone 14 pro max. The rep that helped me I believe his’ name was Johnny Goodman. Not only was quite rude, he seemed to rush me and got very aggressive as I was attempting to turn the Find my iPhone feature off. I was pretty frustrated and felt like he was talking to me like a child. Demanding to know why I was setting up my phone. I immediately told him to cancel the transaction and left. I’ve been with Verizon for many years, however I’m going to look at other cell phone provider. Thanks Verizon!
Verizon customer service at this location in Brentwood is the worse of its kind. The rep acts like a king who sits on a tall bar chair when you approach him after after they grant your turn, he asked me: What are you here for? In a very rude attitude. I said I want to try the iphone 14 as Verizon recommended me to visit my local store to do that. . After a minute in front of this mad man I said thanks but I will continue my search online instead of here. Thanks
Verizon HQ take heed! Jonathan at the Brentwood location is wonderful. He was professional, knowledgable, and kind. He was able to answer all my questions about a very complicated situation and he did so with courtesy and exemplary customer service. Thank you for all your help, Jonathan!
Jonathan is easily the best representative I’ve worked with from any company; he’s knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly! One might say he’s the bee’s knees!
My husband and I had the greatest pleasure of being serviced by Toni! She was pleasant, knowledgeable, professional, and humorous! She assisted us getting our SIM card and activation of our phone. She serviced all of our wireless needs and advised us also of other services, offers via the Verizon app, and specials that we were not aware of! She is an asset to your company! MO VERIZON LOCATION I MEANT TO GUVE 5 STARS TO. THE FLORIDA STORE I VISITED AND TRADED IN MY PHONE AT DESRIVED 4. Greeting good, they were busy, but there were floaters. I counted 5 workers the total. By the time I let there was 3. The presents of 5 was not always there... I was informed there were problems with setup, after I explained I had a time limit. I was invited to go get a drink, returned; then told the phone was ready. It wasn't an incomplete setup/transfer, charged for. Apple music was not installed; a feature I was not aware I was intitaled to on arrival. That said, they were very informative but lacked some products. They were team players and really good promoters. I did get a call after my visit/calling to get assistance with phone issues.
