Store refused to honor promises of promotions by rep. Spoke with the GM and was pretty much told I should have processed the purchase myself. How am I suppose to know how to do your job?? I'm stuck with an expensive phone bill and phone they will not let me return. Sprint states I never qualified for the promotion, because I've been with them to long. However, they do see I upgraded on the promotion. How the heck does this work. No help from anyone just a bunch of sorry's and have a good day.
Came in to upgrade my phone and even though the phone company made it a little difficult Brian and Drake were supper patient and took great care of me! I'll definitely be back.
I love this store! All the workers are so nice, very good looking and always go above and beyond for me. They always have all the latest phones with Sprint, Verizon, AT&T, & T-Mobile and tablets!!

Don't ever trust these workers to set u up with a contract my identity was stolen when buying a phone from sprint here . I was without a brand new phone for a month
