Horrible vet! My dog has been going for about a year. He has always had issues in his ears and skin - they kept telling me it was just allergies and completely brushed it off - would not listen even though I continuously brought it up. Come to find out he has a severe infection after another vet saw him and actually took the time to run some tests. If you care about your dog, do not take them to Best Friends Animal Hospital.

Most thorough vet clinic i have ever been to! The staff was incredibly friendly and explained everything so clearly! I can’t sing their praises enough!!
The team at Best Friends Animal Hospital is the best in our area. Bruiser loves his visits and stays with them. They work to keep him on track with shots, medications, and all-around healthy. We travel a lot and he spends a great deal of time with them but we know he is treated very well in our absence. We love this business and its team for keeping our furry, high energy family member happy and healthy!!

The staff is 100% friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They remember your pet by name and are veteran friendly as much as possible. They take care of our pets needs, medical, maintenance, grooming and medicine. Great experience, every time.
I called and asked for an appointment for that day after a visit to the groomers. They got me, took great care of my baby and gave me great advice on how to care for him. My dogs love this vet office and the staff cares so much about your pets.
Abby was spayed and chipped at 8-1/2 months. She did great! Thanks to all for loving my Abby!!
My 4 year old pit lab mix was very sick and had not eaten for 4 days. Dr. Stowers went through some testing with her and everything came back negative. She sat down with me and discussed options and gave her medicine and alternative food options. The next day she is eating again, and she seems to be feeling better. I have never had a vet take such care and attention and send me home with so many good resources. We will definitely be driving from Starkville to see her in Columbus!
