The complimentary breakfast was pretty good and well balanced! The staff Liz that's over the breakfast made sure all of us were well taken care of and it was always nice and clean and stocked up for us! And Wilma and Tonya goes above and beyond to make sure the cleanliness that matters to the customers weren't an issue!! The Gym was a +++ and so was the swimming pool! Definitely will recommend and most definitely will stick with Best Western wherever I go! I enjoyed my stay
Room was clean. Liked the fridge, microwave, and coffee in room! Breakfast was good with lots of variety and an amazing service staff. Yes, there were some obviously homeless people, but they were very pleasant, kind and kept to themselves. The area was nice. At no time was I uncomfortable nor did not feel safe. Bonus great steak & sports restaurant bar attached that locals go to. Hope to return someday. Nearby activities: Close to Kennedy Space Center and lots of great towns and beaches to explore.
Very run down facility. Employees were very pleasant and helpful. The poor breakfast is definitely in need of some support. Overall I typically enjoy the BW experience, but I have to take this one off my visit list. It also appears they house folks on government stipends welfare. The area is definitely shady. This should be an Easy 8 or Motel 6.
Pleasant, helpful staff. Room was clean. Cleanliness being more important it would have been nice if the room was not so worn and beat up looking. It was obvious there had been a refresh done at some point but the quality of the job was lacking. That aside, we would still consider staying there again.Rooms: 4/5
Great deal for a clean room and wonderful service! The shampoo/conditioner/body wash is amazing, smells great and even asked where I could get some more. I'm all silky and smooth . Conferable bed and great wifi, we travel with a Roku and had no issues. When we checked in we got water and coffee for free. We slept through breakfast, but heard it was so good too. Would definitely stay here again!!!!!
There were live cockroaches around the refrigerator. Hair was completely covering the drain in the shower and small hairs/debris lined the floor of the shower. Toilet was not clean. The entire bathroom smelled like urine. Did not feel clean whatsoever. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the mattress appeared clean as well as bedding and pillows but that should not have to be said in a review as the only positive. After driving 15 hours we were too exhausted to request a new room and we shouldn’t have to after paying 170 dollars for a single night. It should be cleaned appropriately before anyone gets there. Maybe someone needs to be coming behind whoever is cleaning to do a quick run through to ensure that at least the basics are clean. I have stayed in many trashy motels that are cleaner than this and I’m very glad to have only had to stay one night.
Overall a decent stay. We were only there for one night. The room smelled slightly of mildew. It seemed to be coming from the a/c. Other than that the room was clean and everything we needed was there. The front desk staff were pleasant and polite during check-in. There is a Beef Brady's on site. Also, Waffle House, McDonald's and Starbucks are in close proximity very short walk.
DO NOT STAY HERE! Scary! We arrived close to 10:30 at night and checked in. Got to the room and the door was wide open. Shady people outside. Called the front desk and was told to come back for another room. Gave me another room a few doors down. Went to the room and the people next door were cursing and the random people just lurking around the parking lot. Did not feel safe at all! We left! So at 11:00 at night I had to scramble to find another hotel. Shocked that this is a Best Western. I expected a lot more! The ONLY positive was the nice lady at the front desk! Don’t even consider this hotel!!
The Customer service was wonderful when we arrived. Didn't get much sleep with the noise from the rooms next to us til 2am. I made 2 complaints, in which someone from the front did show up, but then the noise continued after half an hour. The room was not cleaned well and found men's underwear and bugs next to the heater/air. I overlooked that, but did take a picture. I had to be to work earl y so I was unable to stop at the front desk. I called and was told the manager would be back on Monday. She asked the nature of my call so I told her. She told me I should have stopped in before leaving. I overslept and was late for my job. Needless to say after two calls, I never got a call back. I stay at alot of Best Western s, this was far the worst..
Should be under Motel, this place did not have the Best Western name on the building so it was confusing to find, the front desk is right next to a food restaurant so it almost looks like its the hostess area for it. The reception is the only nice room in this place. Right off the back we saw roaches in the bathroom. This place accepts cash as payment so that should tell you everything you need to know. Receptionist was amazing though, very informative, professional and super helpful.
