Quality Inn Kennedy Space Center

I highly recommend nobody rent a room from this place. Last night my mother was giving a dirty room with roaches, spiders, broken window, dirty carpet, poor housekeeping. I called customer service. They tried telling me they’re upgrading her rooms. Everything was new however it smelled like mold, my son woke up gasping for breath, the room was still dirty, soap was left in the bathroom from customer before. I was not satisfied with their service. My deposit was taken because I requested my money back. They tried telling me I had a DOG there thank goodness I always take pictures because of these reasons. I spoke with Mattie. I was bit from the bugs please please don’t stay here it’s not worth your money.

Well, my review might not be all that but here goes. My house was being tented for termites for 2 days, and I called and made reservations at quality inn in Titusville Florida. When I got to my room, number 154 it was disgustingly dirty! My floor was so dirty in my room that my feet were tar black within the first 15 to 20 minutes I was in the room. Then I locked myself out of my room, when to the front office to get another key and the guy behind a desk accused me of smoking in my room! I don't smoke in my house let alone and somebody's establishment! He was just trying to keep my hundred and $150 deposit. And they are known for trying to keep your deposit. I was told by a few guests that were staying there for a while that they tried them to about their deposit as well as mine. So altogether I give that place a thumbs-down with a 2 out of 10 on the point system. The guy that accused me of smoking in my room was very rude to me as well. It looks nice from the inside, but it's a filthy Motel. I will be calling corporate Monday morning for sure. If you get a chance to stay at the quality inn in Titusville Florida, run for your life !!! I'm surprised I didn't get bug beds with the my dirty black feet from the floor not being cleaned before I got into my room. I can promise you I will never stay at the quality inn again! You can take that to the bank! And I better get my $150 back for My deposit too. Rooms: My room at the quality inn was absolutely filthy! The first 15 minutes I was in my room, my feet were tar black from the floor not being clean. I even put on a pair of socks and they were pink socks with tar black on the bottom of them! Not to mention the guy that was running the front desk was very rude to me, and accused me of smoking in my room !!! Do you think I want to lose my$150 deposit !!???? WELL, I WAS SMOKING OUTSIDE OF MY ROOM, NOT IN MY ROOM. YOU CAN FORGET ABOUT ME EVER MAKING A RESERVATION WITH QUALITY INN OF TITUSVILLE EVER AGAIN.

I've never been so grossed out as I was when pulling the covers back and seeing nasty sheets that obviously hadn't been washed! Tried another room and even though the AC was running, it was not working so the room was like a sauna and it smelled bad. It was late and we were exhausted, but I just couldn't stay in that hotel. We went across the street to the Holiday Inn, where the room smelled nice, had clean sheets and an AC that worked great. My husband is a choice hotel platinum member, so he tries to always book one of them, but we'll never stay at this Quality Inn.

Avoid it. Save your money and choose another hotel. This place is not well maintained and not well cleaned. There is mold in the bathtub, the air exhaust was completely covered with dust, the floor was grease, the furniture was torn out, and the microwave was rusty. Thank God no bedbugs and the sheets and towels were decent. However cover duvet was dirty and had some blood stains. The place needs a complete renovation. The breakfast was just okay with not many options. I am not going back.

The night shift employee was excellent, she is very friendly, she should be promoted to manager or promoted to leader. In the other hand the morning shift, one of the ladies there ignore my husband while he was just waiting there to check out. Instead of helping him she help the guest that just walk in. Sad she needs to learn customer service or learn from the night shift employee. Also a picture on the wall had mold. Other than that we had great stay.
