Great area for family fun! There are water adventures and park, playgrounds, grilling areas , and our favorite a petting zoo! Great for gathering small grouped events as well Playground: Several small playgrounds throughout the grounds Restrooms: Clean Picnic area: Good amount of picnic tables/grilling areas with our without the shelter
Nice visit to the Old Macdonald Farm. It is a small petting zoo at the park. Exhibits were great and well designed. Animals looked healthy and happy! It is not large so won't take a lot of time but you can go in with all the animals so that would extend the time.
Huge park but many areas were closed and gated from public access. Pool was on point, able to find a grill and picnic table out of the way to cook and enjoy some steaks. All in all, seems like a lot more potential to the area but for what was accessible I couldn’t complain. Dog-friendliness: Brought black lab/pit bull mix out and he seemed to enjoy himself, very dog friendly.
What a cool park. The Old MacDonald farm area is super cool with kids. Many farm animals and exhibit areas available. It is also very well maintained. Parking was a bit full when we visited and lots if daycare kids on field trips, otherwise plan your visit ahead and it shouldn't be too crowded. It's free so can't complain. The duck pond area was surprisingly beautiful. It was unexpected and worth a visit. Cheers!
Old Macdonald's Farm at Bever Park is an adorable spot bring the little people in your life. Though animals by nature can be unpredictable, the animals here are well socialized and seem to really appreciate all the love that kids give them. The facility is well maintained. It was a great way to spend the morning, making memories.
Very nice park with big play area and a public swimming
We love the new remodeled playground and Old McDonald's farm is a tradition for us in the spring when they open! Pictures are from last spring
I love visiting the animals and getting the opportunity to feed and interact with them. It's a cute place to learn a little bit about farm animals for free, and it only costs a quarter to feed them. I do feel a bit bad for the pigs and cows though because the majority of their ground consists of small rocks. I think it would be nice to add more dirt and grass to their area. The duck pond is currently closed, but it's usually a very beautiful little area!
We came for an evening to let the kids play before going to bed. The playground area was perfect. It looks new and there also a swimming area and a farm here, but they were closed when we came. There’s plenty of parking all around the park and walking paths throughout!
I grew up going to Beaver Park. It was one of my favorite places and it still is. And I'm so excited that Old MacDonald Farm is going to be opening up again I grew up on that it was the coolest. And I think all the little kids are going to enjoy it to the fullest way to go Old MacDonald Beaver Park you're outstanding
